I went to the mall specifically for Sephora and let me tell you it is NOT worth your money or the trip. I have a Sephora closer to Laveen where i live but wanted to visit a new area. Hubby and i walked into the store and although it was moderately busy it was not overwhelming by any means. I had planned to spend quit a bit of money in there for gifts and for myself but i kept looking for specific items and i just could not seem to find them. We were in the store about 20 min before i realized that no one had greeted us, even though we passed 3 employees walking in there, and no one had asked if we needed help. Hubby went to look at some cologne he wanted to purchase and i kept looking for the items. I swear i walked around and around in circles and each time passing at least 1 if not 2 employees and still no one greeted me or asked if i needed help. Finally after walking in circles for about 45min i decided to go and ask a sales girl if the items i was looking for were in stock. I kid you not i walked across the store up to this lady and begin asking the question and she turned around and walked off. Even hubby who usually doesnt agree with me, said that he knew she had heard me say "Excuse me Ms. I have a few questions"? After that i turned around took the cologne from hubby set it back on the shelf and left. This store sucks!!!! Although i will definately visit the mall in the future i wont EVWR visit that Sephora again..

My daughter and I have been coming here for Mom And Daughter dates for 10 yrs. Great selection in the food court, you can eat as clean or dirty as you want! Great new and established stores and theres always something going on! Weve met 6 Disney stars there and it wasnt as nuts and crazy long as you think! They have FREE wireless or plug in charging with a few tables with built in chargers. Ive never tried any but the wireless any thoughts are always in good shape. Lots of parking abd very accessible, clean and maintained disability parking. I would note that the best parking for plaques is by the food court/ amc entrance on the north side of the mall, while its great parking you have three ways to get inside. One is the steps on the east of the entrances and parking which has grass in between the concrete steps and if its been raining you risk ruining good shoes but if you dare stay to the left along the rocks its not as muddy. Two is an incline that even when I wasnt disabled could get you feeling the burn. Then at the AMC entrance is a decline that could be difficult depending on strength if you are wheeling yourself. They also have a multitude of clean and maintained bathrooms even having a few private feeding rooms or family restroom that has a strap into highchair for a toddler and a tiny toilet as well! The new renovations that were put into effect have definitely revamped the atmosphere and the mood of both shoppers and employees alike. Overall its definitely worth a visit to see the modernized architecture and new structures added to the mall. The renovation centered itself around convenience and it feels like theres a battery charging station thats easily accessible from all sorts of places in the food court and in between the stores themselves. The only downside is the insane amount of instances in which Ive had a very very very disgusting bathroom experience. Seriously, its like the men cant aim when they use a stall or when they actually take a seat their objective is to see how badly they can wreck the toilet. I know its not managements fault but at the end of the day it makes me sad because someone has to come in and clean up that mess and they spent a lot of money to make the bathrooms look and feel cleaner and all it takes is a few jerks to throw that all away. Overall, check it out. You wont be disappointed that you did and youll find yourself passing time unintentionally as you navigate through the vast, expanding selection of stores this mall has to offer.

The mall is always very clean, from the hallways and outdoor areas, to the bathrooms and food court. I love the digital concierge service, where you can text to ask where things are in the mall, or if there are any sales worth hitting up. If you visit them in person, they provide excellent service there too. A big concern is the center elevator in the middle of the mall. It has been out of service every time I have visited the mall since early May - its now the middle of July. If you have a stroller or a wheelchair, that means you have to walk/push all the way to one far end of the mall or the other to get up/downstairs, which is both time consuming and exhausting. I hope this elevator is fixed soon. The cell phone charging stations are nice, as are other features of the mall, but I hope the expense to repair the elevator isnt being de frayed in order to provide other things like cell charging.

I **Hate** malls... I am not a shopper. But, the kids needed a few things for back to school. It is your typical mall... lots of teeny boppers walking around looking at each other. The stores are a good mix of mid level price points. For a mall it is pretty decent, 1000% better than MetroCenter! They have various areas in the mall where I could sit... almost laid out like a mini-living room .. was a great place to chat with other dads... and wallow in agony about being at the mall. ** Side note - Do parents really let their kids out of the house looking like that? I vow to never have my girls dress like some of the teenage girls walking around.

We had the absolute best experience at the bungy jump place. One of my children has autism, sensory processing disorder, and low muscle tone. She rarely gets to do the things that her big sister does because she doesnt always handle social situations in a normal kid manner. But the attendants at the bungy jump were willing to let her try. They showed extreme patience with her. And because of their willingness to be understanding of her quirks, my daughter got to participate in an activity that she never has been allowed to before. I was almost in tears watching the look of sheer joy on her face. So a big thank you to this company!

We love it here. ... Always lively. ... Lots of people. ... We love eating at the food court. ... the ambiance is semi outdoor,high ceilings,plants all over,and pretty nice chairs. ... and the fact there a charging station to plug on. ... clean restroom. ... Food lots of choices. ... we specially like sbarro ,panera,and chompie . ... Shops like vision works (you can be scheduled on Saturday eye exam),bath and body works,apple store,lego store,and etc. ... The mall is clean but service at most stores is lacking and I have been ignored by employees at stores like Cotton On, Express, Flip Flop shop, and dont get me started on the Forever 21 store service. Ugh. But I love the Victoria Secret there, very friendly and professional! PARENTS: be aware, my dad was an off duty officer at this mall and has arrested a good number of predators who mostly prey on young girls and boys alike. Make sure your teenage kids know that Modeling scouts NEVER just hang out at the mall and approach kids to ask them to model for them.
