Like someone else mentioned, this place is a little low class. I no longer see the young people that kept this place alive. Its full of little wannabe gangsta kids and creepy middle aged dudes. I feel so out of place there, its no longer a fun visit. I actually dread it xP the only store for "young" people they have here is papayas. Everything else is a knock off brand store or chola like k-momo. The T-mobile here is a FAKE dont shop here I was ripped off $100, when I was trying to get a refund, I had to pay $50 restocking fee and the dude with the tattoo on his left arm had such a NASTY attitude. He gave me the wrong address of another tmobile to get my service back and said I had to pay $15 to get it if I wanted him to do it. I drove several miles to finally get to the actual T-Mobile (after I went to the wrong address) and found out theyre not even supposed to charge $15, its Free. The guy took a paper clip, opened my phone, and switched the sim cards. Thats all it took. The mall also got rid of the pet center, game stop, and other worthy stores (probably because of low budget) and replaced them with swap meets and other weird stores. The only redeeming trait of this mall is the food. Its yummy ESPECIALLY the Tostilotes! Try them, you wont regret it. If only the food wasnt sooo overpriced >_>

Its a small mall. Really caters to the hispanic community. There is a swap meet that attaches to the mall. Food court is decent with one pizza place, chinese food and the rest mostly Hispanic food. There is a Cinnabon cart in the middle of the mall. As far as stores, a few shoe stores, Victoria Secret, some "hood" wear clothing stores and a few other decent ones. They might have what you are looking for. It also houses the infamous Curacao! Stay away from that! That is a well known department store in Southern California that marks up prices on stuff you can get way way cheaper elsewhere. And do not, do not! Open credit with them. You will get screwed on interest. How do I know? I know people who have made that mistake and I lived in California pretty much my whole life. So you just know the rep of your local stores. Other than that. Its a simple little mall. You might find what you need or not.

I dont know how to rate just WAVE fashion but the facility is POORLY maintained the dressing rooms smelled horrible and they were playing very inappropriate music, the songs they played had said nasty, the B word and F word repeating over and over again. I talked to a girl who said she was the manager at the register and she said her boss music was playing. I told her she should change it because there are 12 year old girls and children who are in the store. She said nothing to me and didnt change it after I finished checking out. I would have continued shopping but I was very disturbed by the music which discouraged my shopping experience. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of management to be playing music like that and I hope they can fix this problem and hire people who can act professional.

I return a amp cause i went with the one the assitant said...it didnt satitisfy me...so i went back to return it...i couldnt retun it cause of what she marked on the paperwork.i went at10am got out at 1150am and still didnt come out with nothing...had me running around back and forth...when that should of been there job...seriously!what a joke...yet they charge me $20. Extra for returning the product when i trusted the sale lady that its a better one for what i needed the amp..still i ran out of time yesterday cause i had other things&apointments so i left...im on my way now hopefully they have it right the on the spot...i been a very descent customer...i hope they can get it together fix there service&fees...it aint right!thx..

Two star because there isnt really anything here to make me want to come back. This mall doesnt feel safe at night time especially when alone walking to your vehicle. There are a lot of little thuggish kids who hang out there ( and just sitting by the cars) who make it kind of sketchy especially when youre walking with your iWatch and iPhone (expensive things someone can just snatch) you kind of feel like someone may take them. So many racists comments. Im half white half Hispanic and for all the white people you do realize my/your race immigrated here from Europe/etc and for some reason feel the need think they own America. America is a melting pot of cultures take your bigotry elsewhere.

Welcome to the real world people! I am amused at some of the comments made. I have been coming to this mall since it was named Westridge. I never had a problem. It had more stores and was more exciting to visit back then. But never had a problem even for me a child who only had 5-10 bucks to either grab a bite from the food court or play a gew games at the arcade. Yes it is a lot different now. Things in life are more dangerous. But thats everywhere. Not just at this mall. In todays society you have to keep your eyes peeled no matter whete your at. But I only give 3 stars because they need more and better selections for people to shop at. More family options!

Not A Good Or Safe Place To Call A Mall To Shop! It Felt Like Being In The Movie Of "Get The Gingo" LoL Theres Nothing But Mexicans Who Cross The Border And Made The Mall Generic Like A Inside Fleamarket With Stolen Goods And Having Side By Side Tiny Little Shops To Share A Business All In One. I Was Too Scared To Eat ANYTHING From There Nor Used Any Of The Public Restrooms In That Mall, Eww! Might Catch Something. I Wouldnt Recommend This Shopping Experience To Anyone Who Has Money, Trust Me. I Agree With The Other Comments Below As Well. This Mall Is Old, Dark, Dirty, Smelly, And Run Down. No Gracias! Adiós!

I was asked to hold, they put the phone down on the counter where I could hear the employees complaining about customers and whistling. I had to hang up and call back to get service. I asked if they delivered to me and the employee said hold on let me see. Came back and told me they are only doing carryout right now. When I heard her tell someone else it would be 45 minutes to an hour while I was on hold on the counter. Customer service is a joke we are only 4 miles away, they obviously dont care about sales or repeat business. Will never try to order from any Gus Pizza ever again

Tiene muchas tiendas departamentales que puedes visitar y una buena comida, es un lugar para ir con la familia, por lo que noble doy las 5 estrellas es porque a personas conocidas les han robado cosas se sus autos y considero que este lugar carece de buena seguridad. Por lo demás bien.
