Great place, has really nice restaurants and great stores. Its a bit of a hidden gem though, its kinda tucked away from the city but its worth the drive there. A awesome way to spend one of those boring days when you are looking for something to do. Mellow Mushroom is one place in particular that is a definite a must try, they have great pizza. Norterra has a lot to offer though, from Chinese to American to ice cream to sandwiches, overall very clean and never to busy

It can get crazy with parking and traffic on the weekends, but for some reason its usually not as bad as across the street at the Happy Valley Towne Center. With the movie theatre, and a few prime restaurants, I really like this area. Both sides are nice, but with the fountain and the accessibility, this side takes the cake. There are 3 Pokéstops and 2 Pokémon Gyms all within walking distance of each other.

The Harkins theater, Elevate Coffee, and Zuppas account for most of my trips (great food, coffee, and entertainment). Several other high quality restaurants are also located at Norterra. The parking lot access (in and out) is fairly well done, the roundabouts on and off the freeway are the biggest negative (way too small for rush hour volume). Really enjoy the coffee at Elevate!

This is the type of shopping center you go to when youre bored and already in the area. Compared to the other outdoor shopping centers in the valley (Tempe Marketplace, Desert Ridge, Westgate) it is subpar. This shopping center is more for a dinner and a movie kind of night as opposed to a go-to place for shopping. Only a few shops are at this location.

Its a newer "out-door" type of shopping mall. Theres a good boba-tea place I like checking out and eat at the Mellow Mushroom every once in a while. If you live in north Phoenix, its worth driving out to these shops due to being newer, cleaner, and not as busy than driving south into the heart of the city.

Very clean environment with tons of shops for the family to enjoy. I recommend an afternoon that starts at the theatre, which leads to dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings, and segues into a delicious dessert consisting of the amazing hand-made donuts courtesy of the Fractured Prune.

Great shopping but the people are not too welcoming to brown skin. They could be nice and take the money Im willing to spend in their shops but I guess racism is hard to hide. Its the South West, the home of Native Americans and Mexicans. We come in all skin colors.

Should be in the top of your list to shop at if your new to the valley. So many places to choose from to eat, shop, and get your nails and barber cut done. I highly recommend the nail place located North of Panera.. Harkins theater and definitely cafe zupas.

Love going to Norterra the Harkins here is so beautiful and there is a wonderful ice cream shop right across the way from Harkins that my family and I love going into and the shops and restaurants our diverse and will suit any desire or need you have

Nice outdoor mall on both sides of happy valley road. Lots of chain stores. Lots of restaurants and a theatre. The round-a-bout of off the freeway can be tricky if you are in it with someone whodoesnt know how to use one.

Really nice area with a lot of great shops all in one area. Fun to just park and walk around, see a movie, have frozen yogurt etc. Its a bit complicated to drive around so I suggest just parking somewhere and hoofing it.

Nice shopping area. There are mainly the standards that you would expect to find but there are also a few gems such as Rod Works. The food is good also with a lot of standards but be sure to check out the donut shop!

I really enjoy the noterra shopping area. It is never over packed or too busy. I like to do a little shopping, eat and even catch a movie:) Really easy to be around here for hours and have plenty to do.

Theyve got a wide selection of food places , a coffee house, some good clothing and shoe stores and surprising enough the humane society has an outlet there so you can adopt a pet while youre at it

A nice selection of stores set up within a nice shopping environment. All decorated for the holidays making the main street really pretty. Lots of social events as well, like car shows! :D

I used to live right down the street for about 5 years they have a lot of good restaurants and shops as well as a movie theater and its a cool place to walk around during the holidays

Quaint speciality shops to large retailers. Lots of great restaurants, very relaxing to just " wander around". See a movie, grab a pizza or a cocktail. Japanese or Chinese cuisine.

Has a movie theater, a good mix of different food establishments, clothing stores, and other miscellaneous stores. You can walk around the area or drive both option are fine.

I took my family to see the new version of the Stephen King movie IT. Everything was great but I rated only 4 stars because security was a little too tight for my comfort

Everything you need in a nice semi urban feeling well manicured space. Its maintained and full of tenants and its far enough from Walmart, that you forget its even there.

This place can be confusing to navigate if youre not familiar with it. They need more maps and clearly marked bathrooms... Other than that its very clean and nice shops.

Usually come here for the great movie theater that has a play place for kids. Also enjoy eating at Zupas. There is a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory that is delicious.

Use this shopping center weekly. Good variety of shops and restaurants, altho they do close pretty early (about 9 pm) minus holiday season (10 to 12 pm) whoop whoop!

Great little Main street feel. The actual stores are not that great for me but the bigger retails hit the mark. Try Fractured Prune...fantastic.

This whole area has a large variety of shops to visit and places to eat. You could spend the whole day there and end it by going to the movies.
