Iphixation kiosk. My fiance dropped his new samsung s7 and not only shattered the glass but damaged the LCD screen as well. We attempted to bring it to the t-mobile store located in the mall but with no insurance they recommended iphixation located right outside of the store entrance. They said that we would be given a discount with their recommendation (liars). We explained what happened and they gave us our quote and even though it was pretty pricey we needed the phone fixed asap. Approximately 8 business days later we received a call informing us our parts were in. I dropped it off on my lunch break and picked it up after work. The guy I talked to wasnt very informative and seemed really unsure as to what he was doing (noob). He couldnt answer any of my questions in regards to the phone and why it wasnt working the way it was supposed to. I stated that since it was my fiances phone I would have him look at it and if there were problems I would come right back. 30 minutes later Im in the mall with my fiance back at this kiosk explaining why the phone was put together poorly. The screen wasnt glued all the way back on. There was more damage on the phone then when we originally gave it to them to fix. The screen was defective and still have dead pixels all of the place. The whole top of the screen wasnt working... pretty much the guy just told us to come back and he will talk to his manager. Their paper trail is garbage. I asked for some kind of recipient before i just left the phone and they looked at me like they didnt know what that was. I was told I would get a call back letting me know the status and what was going to happen but I ended up having to call them 2 days later. Im trying to figure out why the guy tried giving us the phone knowing what garbage work was dont, even the coworkers there can agree. No disclaimer was given when we signed the phone in until we saw all the garbage work afterwards (oh yea... idiots). To make it worse when we picked it up yet AGAIN they still didnt put the screen back all the way on AND the home button is barely holding on. Unprofessional. I will never bring my service here again nor would I ever recommend it.

The mall is kind of annoying with it being single level, its a long walk through a crowd of suburban folk with little to no manners in their upbringing. Some idiots attutude started a fight with my wife and I because we saw them hit a parked car, then drive and park someplace else and didnt wait for the owner or leave a note. We would want to know if our car was hit and why there was damage on it and who did it. We got their information quietly and left a note on the car they hit and they did not like that too much and started actual fight, spitting all the Loc wanna be gang words in their limited vocab skills that they could muster. Well, like a grown up does, we called the police and security which was like turning the lights on at there home probably, causing them to scurry away like the roaches they were. Just immature and irresponsible degenerates that seemed to think they were entitled to damage vehicles and take no responsibility for it. So just be mindful and park far away and walk. We go here for movies but that Harkin this is showing its age is extremely hot in the theater for the 8th Fast and Furious so hot I got a headache. And the chairs are uncomfortable and heavily worn out. Avoid the theater when I go in there anymore until the upgrade the other best part of the small is the Adidas outlet the tent sale location you can find a lot of gems in there they get all of the stuff shipped from all the other do the stores around the country that doesnt get bought meaning it can be some wacky looking stuff but I like that style Gotta Wear My Adidas. If you like Adidas take your chances just call the police if anyone hits your car dont upset the animals. Lol

I visited Arizona Mills yesterday with my family. I havent been there for about a year, and I was in shock at how much has changed. It was very overcrowded which was to be expected, because it was a Sunday afternoon. Nonetheless I was VERY disappointed in the womens restrooms. I went to one, and not only did it smell very badly, but there were toilets that did not flush, toilet paper all over the floor, water all over the floor which I am pregnant so it isnt very safe. I then decided to go to a different restroom, and that one was just as disgusting as the other. Same thing, except there were stalls that were covered with toilet paper, water, and even FECES and urine on the floor which was just too much for me. Moving on... I dont know what is going on with the food court. There are 4 places open literally to eat. Which I understand there are some renovations going on, but the tables were sticky, trashes were overflowing, and I decided to buy my children some food at the American Taco Shop. To my shock, and most awful disgust behind the counter on the floor of this food place I saw with my own eyes cockroaches!!! I know what I saw because my sister in law saw them as well. I cant believe that a mall, a popular one at that can not take care of keeping it a clean, and safe building. The music in the food court area is TOO LOUD! I would like to enjoy some conversation with my family and friends, without having to scream at them. My throat literally hurt talking, thats how loud the music was. Take care of this place. It USED to be one of my favorite malls, but sadly I will NOT be returning at least until this place gets cleaned up. Hazardous...

Excelente lugar para visitar y comprar. Si sólo vas a visitar puedes pasear por su interior, comer ahi mismo, entrar al cine y ver alguna película o visitar el acuario dentro de sus instalaciones. Tiene muchísimas tiendas de todo tipo de artículos, las más conocidas o que estas buscando de seguro están ahí. Estacionamiento gigantesco con varios restaurantes a su al rededor. En la entrada Oeste se ubica una estación del Valley Metro Bus Phoenix lo cual es de gran ayuda si estas en la ciudad moviéndote en Bus público, ya que éste te conecta directo con el Valley Metro Rail y de ahí puedes armar tus rutas atravesando todo el Valle. Los fines de semana es muy concurrido por locales y turistas. Se recomienda visitar el área de Mill Avenue obligadamente si vas como turista y el Tempe Beach Park, ambos muy ecrca del Mall.

Great selection of stores, always has a good energy in the mall in/out of the stores, lots of entrances makes it easier to park close to our cluster of favorite shops, I like the way the movie theatre & the arcade are situated at a "corner" of the mall so that the parking lot has lots of spaces for shoppers to park & not be dominated by movie patrons vehicles. My only 2 suggestions would be to have the signage for the restrooms to be more obvious for patrons to locate- the size of the signs for the restrooms & shops are the same & its difficult to see them because they look like the shop signage & you cant really see them. My other suggestion is providing more mall directories for locating stores or restrooms, most of the shop employees seem to be clueless as to location or if a certain store is still open in the mall-I was frantically searching for the Lane Bryant store, having not been the the Mill in 3 years I didnt know that it had closed, so I walked through over half of the place trying to find it, I shopped there several times in the past & knew where it "should" be, then i couldnt find a map of the mall to see if it was there anymore & nobody I asked at the kiosks had any idea what I was talking about. Other than that, an enjoyable Saturday evening as always at the mall:)
