Due to ongoing construction walking the property is like negotiating an obstacle course. That said its a welcome sight and patronizing the current merchants is very important. I like to go to the AMC Theatres Arizona Center 24 and take advantage of their matinee pricing and Tuesday specials for Stubs members. Hang in there folks itll be worth when the construction is finally done cant wait to see what it will look like.

Most of the stores are empty, just a movie theatre and a few restaurants. They charge you parking regardless of how long you are there. We came here to return some items my wife had ordered online, only to find out that store had closed. We were only here 10 minutes yet had to pay for parking since there were no stores to validate and the restaurants and movie theatre were not open. We wont ever come back here.

I love the AZ Center. Good restaurants, the AMC Theater is awesome at this location. And its a stones throw away from many other attraction such as bars, night clubs, bowling, sporting events and even the AZ Science Center. Its never a dull moment with the beautiful eclectic, diverse group of people that go about downtown. This is a great starting point for a weekend out on the town.

The AZ Center is currently undergoing renovations however, planning on which areas wasnt done very well. They have both east/west and north/south sides closed so trying to get to my area is a huge inconvenience. Poor planning has caused delays in accessing open businesses making most of the area inhospitable. Since I work at this location, it makes visiting a negative.

Originally a mall aimed for tourists, so stale and bland. For instance, a flags of the world store. Now, however, its being remodelled and overhauled - and its starting to look good. The restaurants are good, the Starbucks is fast, and the crowd getting better. Only three stars as its still not a place I would get up and go to for a night. Even with the movie theater.

We stay at the Spring Hill Suites on Van Buren and attend baseball games at Chase Field. During the day The Arizona Center has everything we need. Wonderful restaurants, shopping, and ice cream for those 115 degree days! We always take in a movie or two at the theater. We dont have to drive because everything is close! We love it, especially if the Dodgers win!

Scary women in hijabs hang out in large groups with way too many children. They need to be sent back, we dont need that in America. Ruined my shopping experience. They should not be allowed into the area. I feared for my life. You just never know when one of them will go kaboom someplace. Sorry, just being honest. Bad for business to let trash hang around.

I work at the AZ Center building so I may be a little bias in my review but Im a big fan of the area. Its pleasant to be able to work in a location with so much surrounding it. Not to mention the benches, trees and various fountains really makes it a nice little oasis in the heart of downtown Phoenix.

Really nice shopping center, but currently undergoing a remodel and is missing a number of tenants. I enjoy the surroundings here however it was not really active when I visited. Check the restaurants that are here. Great Mexican food from Canyon Cafe.

Beside the movie theater and the clean places to sit and chill, there isnt really a good reason to come here but to pass through. I was scootering my bike, and the security guard told me I cant ride my bike through despite the lack of signs that say so.

Bad experience... Spent 18$ just on parking more than 2 hours. Site mentions that AMC movie goers will not be charged or max $6 for 1-3 hours. When you go to the exit you get surprised that you are getting charged for whole $18.....

Its got a lot to choose from, but for some reason it just isnt THE place to go. Shame because the AC offers a movie theater, a pretty good Mexican restaurant, Starbucks, Hooters, Sams Cafe etc. Ive visited more times than I can count.

Very few restaurant options left. The ones that are still open have weird hours. The remodeling is going to make things worse. Just went downtown Phoenix needs more overpriced condos that no one can afford.

When you go to a movie at AMC they validate parking for 4 hours so I was able to have lunch and not have to pay for parking.
