Decent selection of stores. They have your Coach, Michael Kors, Quiksilver, Nike Factory, etc.. Can be hot in the summer since its an outdoor open concept outlet mall. But the layout is nice, they have covered parking on the North end of the property. Decent selection in the Food Court. If you are a Veteran go the information booth inside the Food Court to ask for a coupon book. Must present ID though.

The best outlet in AZ. While other outlets seem to be unable to keep main brand stores, there is no shortage at this location. The walkways are always clean, and more importantly the bathrooms are always clean. It can be difficult to stand the heat in summer, but they do have large fans and misters to help alleviate that when walking between stores.

Great location to go shopping during the Fall, Winter, and Spring times. It is not a very pleasurable location to go shopping during the summer to the heat and it being an outdoor mall. Has a wide range of choices including high-end designers. Despite the stores being outlets however, prices are still considerably high in some stores.

Lots of parking. There are shade structure screens on the far side of the property but that means theres a little longer of a walk. I think its worth the walk considering the sun in the summer can melt your car in mid summer. There are many outlets here. The Nike store is huge! Be sure to come here right after payday.

Why do people keep building these outdoor malls in Arizona? Its impossible to enjoy for half the year. Not really sure what the difference in between these stores and a regular mall, the prices were not better. I visited the Lane Bryant, Torrid, Old Navy, Crocs, and Famous Footwear, they were all great and well stocked.

Took my family here to do some Premium brand shopping. They have all sort of brands in these outdoor outlet mall. We bought some Nike and adidas - shoes and clothing here.I like the west side and remote feeling of this area. You can shop and enjoy the serene view around the mall. Definitely will come back again!

These outlets are always clean and they have nice bathrooms. It seems that there are a lot of empty store spaces though. I do wish that they would fill the empty spaces because it seems we dont have enough stores at these outlets. Great kids play area and splash pad too in the middle of the shopping area

An open-air outlet mall with a decent selection of factory outlet stores. Almost entirely clothing & accessory stores. Not a lot of great food options (think food court, not restaurants). Not the best outlet mall Ive been to, but very conveniently located if youre in the south Phoenix/Chandler area.

Great deals, its outdoors though so if its in the middle of the summer, just know it can be pretty hot. I think this has the BOSE store but that may be the outlets off the 17. Lots of options and a decent food quart. Great layout and well kept! Its clean & tidy and great place for weekend shopping!

Outlet mall with savings from 25% to 65% off top brand names. There is Kate Spade, Nike, Coach and others. It is right across and walking distance from Wild Horse Pass hotel and casino, so usually you can kill both birds with one stone by getting your shopping done as well as a bit of gambling.

Nice outdoor mall, some shade and misters in the summer. There are a couple of vacant stores, and I wish they had some of the stores they have at the outlet mall on the west side of town. Lots of parking. Sully that they make you drive all the way around the casino as you leave the mall.

Definitely the place to be in Phoenix for a great outlet shopping experience. With many major fashion and sports brands and a food court to serve the tummy, I managed to get some really good deals but some searching and hunting plus a bit of luck is required for those clearance items!

Nice place to walk around and shop. A little sad that they dont have ski pants. I would like more of a "winter" selection. I like to buy stuff in the valley (where its slightly cheaper) and take it up north. Not just Phoenix "winter" stuff. Great customer service at the Wetzels shop.

Follow the signs past the casino and turn right to get to outlet stores. Not as grandiose as Westgate Outlets, but excellent upscale stores with great prices. Convenient to Casino and restaurant/bar there. Has Starbucks, plenty of restrooms and plenty of parking. Recommend

There are a ton of stores out here. And a very nice variety of stores as well. The term premium outlets fits very well because there are no discount prices. Everything is a premium. The food court is spacious and thats all I want to say about the food at the food court.

There is a large variety of stores. We went looking for shoes and usually are not able to find shoes in larger sizes. The stores here had a lot of large sizes, which was great. There were fans with misters everywhere to help lighten the intensity of the outdoor heat.

Hard to tell where to park to go the store you want. I was totally ignored in the high end footwear store I visited. Prices were not that great. Only $20 off from retail for $150 hiking boot. No wide sizes except the most expensive style. Total waste of my time.

One of the better outlet malls weve visited; certainly better than the ones we frequent in California. Nice food court, lovely grounds, and quality stores. Easy access from I-10 and SR-202. Even if youre just passing through Phoenix, this is a good place to stop.

Really beautiful outdoor outlet mall. Lots of options to shop. Lots of places to sit and relax in the shade if you are shopped out. Passport option available at customer service/food court which gives you discounts at quite a few of the stores.

I went there for the Columbia store I got what I wanted,I visited other stores. A north face would be great. The reason for 4 stars one being its outdoor shopping center s tyle set up its was august and hot. Not all stores have outlet pricing.

Great to wander, prices no different than their regular stores (Sketchers, Just Sports) other stores sell clearance only, sub quality (Under Armor) or line made just for outlet stores. Not an outlet mall like true outlets used to be.

Great outlets! Love that it is outdoors when the weather is nice its a great spot to walk around and window shop. Always great sales every time I go!! There is not a whole lot of food options/no real food court so eat before you go!
