Paid $10 for parking and told we would receive that back in credit at any one of listed stores on the special card. We said fine, we are intending to shop at several of those stores. We went into several of those stores and others. What we found out is that you cannot get your money back if you buy SALE merchandise and guess what an outlet shop has everything on sale!! One store had a small section of stuff that was regular price and none of it was useful to us at all and we were required you to purchase $50 of merchandise to get our $10 credit. $50 of merchandise of no value to us!! As we went to various other stores it was the same story. Spend $50 on regular price merchandise. The stores where we bought over $50 of merchandise were not on the list of the stores. All in all we spent several hundred dollars at various stores and could never get our $10 back. I feel we should have been warned up front with huge print on that special card given to us that we must buy $50 in non sale merchandise in order to get our parking fee back. Had we known this we would have turned around and left!! I went to customer service where they said its always been that way! Well it needs to be changed because now we will go to other outlet malls and forgo this one. Never have had to pay to park to spend money at a store and wont again!!! Rather than take the chance that well once again have to pay, we will go elsewhere and I have warned all my neighbors and relatives to avoid this outlet mall if at all possible. There are others we can go to that may not be quite as close but we certainly wouldnt be spending $10 in gas to get there so we would be ahead of the game by not paying $10 to park with little to no chance of getting it back!!!! Keep your mall!!

I love shopping here, but Im only giving it one star due to the fact they want to charge for parking during Westgate special events. Also the temp company they use for parking are pretty shady characters. Not all of them, but most of them. Tanger management needs to come up with another plan for their paying customers instead of trying to make and save a buck when the opportunity arises. You are hurting your stores profits and not your own. In the long run its a huge mistake when you slowly lose your customers due to your greed and mismanagement. After the response from Tanger: Your response to the review is an auto response. I took the time to read other reviewers with the same issue. Thanks for showing what poor customer service Tanger Management has for their customers. Also, you have the closest Fired Pie within a five mile radius of my home and I dont think a ten dollar voucher only good if I spend $160 at fired pie is a bargain. I only go to your outlet to support the stores, but hopefully dont have to deal with anyone in management at the outlets. Oh and I will avoid the mall on game days since its just way too difficult to come up with a solution in parking for your customers.

I love this place ... I can walk with my kids around the plaza ans enjoy the music. I want to come back foe my Birthday and enjoy the bar restaurant. I took my kids to eat cls. By but of course it looks more like adults night. They should have the water splash open for thw kids late night during summer vacation that will be a some for familys that come to visit. My kids would it enjoyed but is only for certain date and times. Specially for concert nighta during summer this could be a great idea to have after a show family stay longer and more business for the restaurants around thia area other wise ww have to look for alternatives for the kids. We end up going to wild buffalo wings but I would it love to take my kids to the other restaurants we dont know to try knew things in life. They ahould think more about what kind of concert are coming to change a ill the hours of operations. I dont want always to go to sub way, mc Donald or cars Jr. You cand go to this placea any time... Me and the kida like to experience new things.

I really love going to this mall and being a member. The Customer Service in the Mall Office is great. I misplaced my gift card that was bought through my membership so the office was kind enough to replace it since they can track it. There was an issue when I used the gift card. I used it in 4 stores and all of them had no idea how to use it. I needed to exchange/return items from 2 of the stores and they were unable to do it. The White and Black Store had great customer service and figured out a way so that I would be able to get my money back and get what I wanted from a different store but Childrens Place had terrible customer service and was unable to credit me back my money even though I had a receipt. It was unacceptable and they should train their cashiers on how to deal with Tanger Gift Cards.

I love the stores and found some great deals, the only thing I have a problem with is I bought 2 of the same case in different colors for my phone and paid.$47.00 at mobile mania and one broke in less than 4 days and I did not know and was not told verbally that sales were final and that there were no refunds and could only exchange within 3 days. I did not see this till I looked at my receipt yesterday because I was going to return them because they are not worth the money I paid for them, so now I have a broken case and another one that I am afraid is going to break and I cant get my money back or even exchange them. so I just wasted money and cant use the cases.

I come to Tanger Westgate at least 3 times a year. I like all the stores, but wish there was a store that sold more household things like a Home Goods or even a Marshalls outlet. The Jockey store was very nice with good inventory. Also bought a comfortable pair of shoes at Clarks, and they were a great deal. Stopped at the Mall office for the coupon book and we will be using the Camelback Ranch coupon to go see a spring training game, it is a great deal. I hate to see empty stores and hopefully the mall will be at 100% soon. I would love to go back once more while we are here and stop in Chicos. The Mall is always neat and clean

The parking is TERRIBLE. The layout of the roads in and out is TERRIBLE. Getting in or out of this place is HORRIFIC. It is not worth the time and stress to get in or out of here. The shops are not impressive. The selection and prices of the shops are not impressive, small selections same price as any other location of the shop. There is no where to get a soda. There are like 6 signs for "snacks and refreshnents" that are for vending machines. This place is not fun or worth it. I will avoid it and shop anywhere else in the future. I do not recommend tanger outlets to anyone. Disappointment and not worth the hassle and stress.
