Ive had several bad experiences at this location. Its closer to me, so I always opt to stop by hoping that the service would improve over time. Yesterday, I went in because my iPhone 6 Plus (less than 6 months old) was dysfunctioning. I thought it was my headphones at first, because as I was listening to my music at work the sound went out. I tried several pairs of headphones and no, indeed it was the phones sound. The phone was playing music out loud, but would not play through headphones. Okay, so Im pretty tech savvy so this was no issue I couldnt handle. So, I received a phone call and realized that after attempting to say hello at least five times the caller on the other end could not hear me and I couldnt hear her. I could not hear a sound!! I freaked out. After calling back, I noticed the phone was dialing and the call clock was ticking but I could not hear anything. Well guess what, I placed the phone on speakerphone and I could hear perfectly fine. I knew then this was either a software issue or manufacture issue. The guy at the store ( I wish I knew his name), was very rude and told me my phone had water damage and I would have to replace it! Well, there was one HUGE problem with this. My phone NEVER made contact with water. Definitely was not the case and he kept telling me to file it through insurance, because it was my fault. He also said there was "dust and debris" in my port where the battery charges. Im still perplexed on how that can stop my iPhones speaker and mic from working. I left with no assistance or resolution to my problem. The only thing I had was a iPhone that k couldnt talk on. I felt the workers were unaware of their equipment and they also did not seem enthused about assisting their customers. Very poor service and I was refusing to pay for a new phone. Soo, after calling technical support, the guy was awesome that I spoke to and immediately told me that it sounded like a software issue and could have been a glitch from the previous software upgrade. I literally did a "Restore my IPhone" in the settings and the phone came back on working perfect!!!! Wow!!! This was great news, because I did not have anymore money to be dishing out to Verizon!! Youre better off to figure it out yourself than to visit this particular location.

Its a verizon wireless. What did you expect. No there are no free back rubs or personalized napkins. The people who work there are super nice and very well qualified. They have seen it all because this is a semi large town and sure theyll pitch you one or two things your not interested in but they arent pushy. Honestly customer service in Tuscaloosa is on average terrible but not here. These people are extremely nice, well qualified, and pretty efficient at getting you in and out that you may be about your day to study or do drugs or play with your dog or whatever.

Wow, very rude. The workers here were not helpful at all and do not know the difference between being an authorized or premium store. I expressed not knowing if they could help with my problem when talking with them because they were a premium reseller. The worker was adamant that they were authorized though then went on to say his store couldnt help with my problem and tried to tell me why as if I were a five year old. Not appreciated at all.

Oh its a great store as long as you bend over and let them rear end you into buying random crap that you dont need such as a "bundle deal" when you tell them that youre not interested in a bundle deal they get all quiet and non talkative. So its a great store if you want to get screwed over.

The staff here are always helpful & friendly. Ive been a Verizon customer since they arrived in Tuscaloosa, and have absolutely nothing negative to say about their service. Even if this location is packed on a Saturday, they always seem to do their best to get your problem solved.

I love this store, There is one person here that Im really cool with her name is Portia. Portia personality permeates the workplace. The entire staff is awesome, they keep u informed if u have to wait. Make sure ur satisfied before u leave great group of people.

Always awesome to me and my wife! We love Tracy! She is smart, funny, helpful, knowledgeable and sassy :). They are always looking to give you the best deal with bundling all kinds of great stuff. They really helped me out when my phone was stolen last year.
