WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! they CHEAT you and STEAL your money!!! Their receipts say that they give refunds but they say that that is not their policy!!!! well then get new receipt paper!!!!!! duh!!!! they pull out this little bitty sign that supposidly says only store credit but no one can see that sign! A receipt is a written contract so what it says should go! Also the owner is a redneck and is verty very very rude, but didnt expect anything else. He has a attitude and is very immature. My advice to EVERYONE!!! if u need a battery go somewhere else or order it because these sorry people will CHEAT you be very RUDE to you and STEAL your money!!!! do urself the biggest favor and DO NOT go there!!!! also pass this along, i am obviously not the only person who they have done this to.

Theyre not very knowledgeable, an definitely not helpful. There was no one else in the store (because I guess everyone else in town has the good sense to use Amazon) and the guy told me hed charge me $8 to unscrew my car key to put a battery in. If a store like this expects to stay in business in 2014, customer service is their only shot, and Batteries Plus is blowing it.

They will sell you a battery then when it doesnt work they pull out a sign from behind the counter to inform you that they do not give refunds on batteries. A battery store that does not give refunds on batteries. Oh, but they wont mention that while they are selling you the battery, just when you have a problem. This place is a scam.

I use these guys a couple of times a year and have never had a problem. I took a UPS in that had a bad battery and they helped me change it out. And, whenever I need small watch size batteries they always have them in stock. Ive never had a problem and they have always been helpful.

Great customer service and quickness. Had a broken iPhone that needed fixed and they got it done while I waited!! Also replaced the battery in my key clicker, I had no idea they did that! Have any battery I could imagine, and light bulbs!! Will definitely be back!
