Ive only been using this store for about 2 years, but Ive had a lot of success. I will say that Ive mostly known what I wanted going in each time, but they are so quick to get you setup and on your way. Today I upgraded my Samsung S5 to the S7, but the entire process only took about 30 mins, which is unreal! I worked with Josh and he was super helpful getting my stuff transferred over so I would never be without a phone today (he even got me a state employee discount, which I didnt even know was a thing, saving me some money on my monthly bills). Super happy with the service here each time I go in, and I totally recommend the store (way better than the AT&T store in town).

Jacob helped my sister set up a plan for her and my brother. He was kind and spent time explaining her options thoroughly. He was very professional. I am writing a review in favor of this store because I had a HORRIBLE experience with the Murfreesboro branch. The salesman was super rude and talked down to me. The Columbia location is MUCH better. I will be going to it from now on.

Dont got here unless you want to be force sold a phone you dont want, and when you decide to fact check their lies in your car and decide to return said phone be prepared to be presented with the non-existent receipt that appears stating $35 restocking fee because you crossed the threshold. In the e d stay away.

Verizon sent us in there to have are phones updated, what a joke! Now are phones are messed up worse? They wont even get on the phone to straighten out. Saw enough bad service there with how they treated or conned elderly on tablets ...BOO REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
