I ordered a phone from this location and was given a date the phone would be in. The phone was not there on the date I was told. I was OK with that, things happen. I was given a new date and told I would be called when my phone arrived. I was never called and ended up calling myself. I was told yes my phone is in. I told them great I will be in at 7:00 to pick it up not knowing they close at 7:00 as I have only been in the store once before. The person on the phone said thats fine and never told me they close at 7:00. I pulled up at 7:00 and there were two employees sitting behind the counter and the door was locked. After mouthing threw the glass I called previously and you said come in one of them finally got up and came to the door. He told me they were closed. He was the same person that answered the phone. At this point I was iritated to say the least and asked why would they not tell me they close at 7:00 when I called and said I would be in at 7:00 to pick up the phone. I was just looked at like I should automatically know the hours and was told they are closed. The manager I spoke with on two occasions is polite and respectful but his employees are not and have little to no idea how to handle the store on there own. They definitely arent capable of giving customers correct information that they must be aware of to work there.

Thieves and liars and will try to physically intimidate you and lie to the police about you. If you want anything go to the other location. This one is garbage and the owner and all the employees barely speak English and will lie to your face.

Says they are open now, no one is here and the store is closed. The sign even says they are open today and still nothing.
