Poor customer service and Verizon fees are ridiculous. I have been due for an upgrade for at least 2 years. I attempted to upgrade to a new phone and they charge a 30 upgrade fee. I initially decided on not moving forward with the upgrade only to be told by the manager there is a 35.00 restocking fee just for simply openning the cell phone box which was perfectly in tact. What a joke. Never again. Att, here I come!

Was there on 12/11/15 awesome experience. Was a Lil bit of a waite but there were a lot of people there. The sales person who helped me handled my request guickly. And had me out the door in no time its a great compliment to my outstanding cellular service. To have such outstanding customer service.

Almost always helpful and willing to spend time with you until your issue is resolved. Verizon itself is quite more expensive than other companies but do provide good coverage areas well.
