horrible service. All Att are like this I believe. I had all information present to ugrade my phone service, proof of relativity to main holders of my service plan, and could not obtain an upgrade still. Hospitality is not welcomed here or given. When I can afford another service I will switch to another internet/phone provider, if I feel the need to.

Never go this store, go to AT&T corporate store on RT30 opposite South lake Mall. These guys charged me for returning a bad phone within 3 days of purchase and found that despite returning the phone , I have been charged full price on my bill along with charges on tablet that I was never told.

Got a free GALAXY S7 because I had DTV! Girl made sure I was aware how important the insurance was on a $800 phone and helped me to pick some very cute accessories for my device. Loved the visit! I recommend anyone to this store. Ill definitely be sending in friends & family.

I went to this location and the amazing people did everything they could to help me! I switched over to Directv and Digital Life service to SAVE $40 A MONTH on my home services!! With all that savings I was able to get a new phone! I love this store. Check them out

Visited this store trying to get phone activated. Several customers in store, no greeting, no acknowledgement that they would be right with us, no waiting system. Would not go here.
