I am highly upset with the associate at Best Buy. I came in to do an exchange on an Apple Watch series 2 that my husband bought for out anniversary. Nothing is wrong with the watch it just the dont like the color. I was told to standd at the Apple area and will be helped. I notice a lot of associate walking around including this lady associate. After standing there for a good 15 minutes, my husband called out to a guy associate and asked to be help. The guy say he will find someone. The person he called was the lady associate we saw earlier that was just standing around. She came up to us and we explained to her that we are exchanging a Apple Watch series 2 and will like to see a mesh band watch. She didnt show us the watch but instead tell me the price. I turn to my husband and he said he like the silver and black one so I turn to her and say can I see the silver and black. But again instead of bring the watch she is telling me the price. By now Im upset. I continue to ask her if she have anything with all silver and she no. The only one is the silver and white and price is so and so. Still upset cause I feel all she doing is making me feel I cant afford this danm watch. So I ask her after discussing with my husband regarding the color we finally decided the silver and black. So I told her we will take the silver and black she again stated the prices and added "you do know the price, right?" Madly I say yes and told her I already told you Im here to exchange so that mean I already know the prices and paid for it. She just walked off and didnt said anything. She didnt said ok I will be right back or let me glad the for you. We notice she went to a wall with cabinet ( I guess where the watch is kept). I was then over and beyond mad. First, she talk me like we can afford this damn watch and second was so rude. I was so mad I request for a refund at customer service and I promise I will not be walking into Bestbuy anymore.

If you cant treat the customers who ACTUALLY still try to use your establishment with some quality of care and respect, you are doomed to fail as a business. Everything is done online now and maybe I should follow suit. My boss goes in looking for a radio that can play a CD. He walks out with a 6 disc changer and a pair of speakers assured it will work and is totally worth it. The next day I am tasked with diagnosing the problem of why nothing works. It all comes down to no one told him he needed a receiver/amp so I go out and buy one leaving assured everything else I would need is in the box. Of course when I get back and begin to set things up, we are still missing cables. After about $500+ dollars now invested into a 6 Disc changer, a receiver/amp, and a pair of speakers, there are no speaker cables!? Not a single thing sold to us had the cables to produce sound!? Either something was taken from the boxes or the employees dont care to have working products leave their doors. I have now been on hold for over an hour trying to resolve the problem. God forbid you try and talk to an actual person at Best Buy. My boss is the owner of a sizable office here and I manage it, stock it, and use Best Buy frequently enough to have seen its decline. After this, I am done. No more. Goodbye. Thanks for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BEST BUY TO ANYONE. #stickaforkinit

Horrible. I pre-ordered HTC EVO LTE 3 weeks before it was due to come out. Once out in stores, I went to best buy with my pre-order slip and they inform me that the phones have already sold out and they have no more in stock. So I ask, "so what was the point of me pre-ordering it?" They respond, they have no pre-order in the system for me even though I showed them my pre-order receipt. On my most recent visit in there, I was looking for a radar dector mount since my current one had just broke and I needed another one asap since I was about to go on a road trip. Their audio department is a joke, they literally have nothing in that area. They might as well just close the doors. The next time I go in there will be at there closing clearance sell, I still have the 3 flat screen lcd televisions that I got from Circuit Citys going out of business sell. Oh and by the way, I ended up ordering my mount from Amazon again, they always have what I need and I dont have to waste gas, time, and money.

To Help Offset Misplaced Negative Reviews. First, Best Buy floor team members arent going to swarm you. This is policy. Its a low/no pressure sales atmosphere. Best Buy team members are non-commission. They are there to answer questions and help guide you if you have questions. Most are very knowledgeable about the items in their department. Ultimately, they really dont care if you decide to buy an item. It doesnt have any bearing on their paycheck. I like this approach. If you want a pushy sales representative Best Buy is NOT the place for you. If you cant understand that a "1 year manufacturers warranty" does not mean you can return an item directly to Best Buy any time within 1 year, then Best Buy isnt the problem, you are. People need to wake up.

Weve faithfully purchased from Best Buy for years. This store is newly opened, and seems to be run like a kindergarten class! Even though we research products, tech jumps ahead so quickly! Questions were met with blank stares, half answers, and pass-offs to other equally uninformed employees. We returned to the store 5 consequtive days, returning or replacing items that were inappropriate, unnecessary, or detrimental to our original purchases. When we finally found an employee willing to find out answers for us (Jay) he was pulled off the floor, and away from assisting us, to put up stock! We live in GA and were here for vacation with our family. Itll be a relief to get home to a store that actually educates its employees!

I hate this place. I shouldve read reviews before I went there. I bought a Mac computer to do film editing. Mac does not support MTS files but I didnt know. I went back to get help and stayed 2.5 hours and didnt achieve anything. I went home to look for an app to convert the files but they all cost. I refuse to spend anymore money. I decided to exchange the computer and the guy helping me started helping someone else and completely forgot about me. I found a manager and got a full refund. I will not step foot in that store again. HHGregg is my new store.

So, I went into best buy early this morning after having gone to therapy for some mental crap. Anyway, I go check out the video games feeling down and out sortof, and Best Buy employee Megan Idontknowherlastnameson came by and asked if I needed help. Long story short, I bought a game, had the best customer service Ive ever had, from anywhere. And maybe developed a fifteen minute crush, (no seriously guys, this chick was cute as hell.) anyway, 5 stars all earned by Megan, whoever she may be. She changed my entire perspective of the day.
