My Best Buy experience was excellent. My sales associate, "Adrian", explained every major robotic vacuum cleaner to me. He took time and listened as I described the specific needs for purchasing a Roomba. The Roomba was a gift for my daughter & son-in-law who have a new solid hardwood floor of approximately 2000 sq. ft. Both dust and dog hair are a daily problem. Adrian guaranteed the precision and efficiency of this product. Since my purchase was nearly $1000 I really needed to feel confident that Best Buy would do any future follow-up service that might be needed. Adrian said that a 2 yr. protection guarantee would be best--however, he added that the Roomba quality in itself is a guarantee. I did, however, purchase the 2 yr. protection plan. On Thanksgiving Day, the Roomba was put to the test and surpassed all of our expectations for excellence!! My daughters hardwood floor gleams, as the Roomba does its work around the entire floor!! While there was no need to clean out the Roomba this soon, we wanted to see just what debris was collected. It was sooooo easy to clean in a minute and the collected debris was amazing. The Roomba works at full-power even after collecting tons of dog hair. There were 14 of us on Thanksgiving who were "wowed" by the Roomba. Great work, Best Buy!!

We bought an open-box washer and dryer pair from here. Our sales rep was Sheldon, an assistant managerat the store. We got a good deal on them. They were delivered to our door looking like trash, huge dents, curled steel at the edges, the consoles ripped off and taped back in place. We refused the order. We were forced to come back to the store to work out a return/exchange. The only problem though is that the managers here refuse to replace our washer and dryer. We just want the ones we bought. They said they couldnt find any of them, even though 2 other best buys in the area had them new. The problem though is the new ones are ~$45 more each. We asked them to just give us the new ones and wed pay the difference, they refused. We spent the better part of three days talking on the phone and in the store, only to be called names and yelled at. Update:. The general manager Hector finally contacted us to tell us he was sorry for our trouble and that they will replace our washer and dryer with new ones. Well have to wait another week to do laundry in our new house... Ill update the review once they arrive.

Very unhappy with a dryer purchase. We bought a Whirlpool machine expecting a good quality product. Well when running it, it sounds like a bomb going off in my laundry room. I was told I could almost certainly exchange it, but Best Buy wanted to get the service people over for a second time. Well the second guy confirmed that the motors are noisy, and the machines have thin metal and have been overly cost reduced. They could do nothing. Then I went back to Best Buy, reminding them what a good customer I was and the thousands I have spent in the last couple years. They went back on their promise to swap the machine and said there was nothing they could do. really? If I bought another machine and they took this one back, they probably would have broken even. Instead they have lost a customer forever. Their bad. They are not the only player in town.

Asked for assistance with fans, asked to page somebody over, then employee showed up, and at the beginning he tried to explain me how those fans function but nothing new that I wouldnt known already, then he told me he me flat out: " I dont know much about these and this is not my department, person who works here coming in later on". I left the store and went to the original manufacturer of that product and purchased the item directly from them.

I shop at this store regularly (its my "main store"). Over the past couple of years, it would seem that the customer service level is diminishing. Many of the employees dont seem very knowledgeable about the products they are selling, and seem to get a bit testy when you push them on the harder questions. I feel like I will have to do a lot more research at home before I come into the store to buy anything more than a DVD or batteries now.

The lady who answered the phone hoodwinked me that they were selling the samsung chromebook for 210.99 (actual price 249.99) and they had plenty in stock for that price. Upon visiting the store, they just curtly said they had nothing of that sort for that price. Best Buy would be the last place I will make a future purchase. Most of their store sales persons dont even deign to greet with a smile or express their apology. One rude lot!!

Product Support has dropped to new lows. If anything breaks, you will be subjected to the nightmare that is Geek Squad. You have to make appointments. Calling for status is a maze of telephone prompts that cant get you to any real person. When you finally get your repaired product back, it still doesnt work. Best Buy might be ok if you just need a DVD or CD or some accessory. Otherwise, go elsewhere for a big purchase.

The best customer service I have ever received was at this store by associate Tim who was very helpful and very informative I bought two new 55 inch 4k tvs for my home. I definitely recommend this store you will definitely find what you are looking for and they are very polite and informative about their products ask for Tim if you are buying a new television he definitely made our shopping experience really great.

Generally good pricing with price-matching when they dont. Also has a good selection. My only gripe is that most employees just dont seem very knowledgeable on the products the sell. Sometimes youll get someone who genuinely knows what they are talking about but I dont recommend going to this location if your not sure as to what your looking for, do your research and then come here for the purchase.

Visited once for store pickup. They have only one queue for store pickup and customer care which is little set back. Folks were all around for returns which was the majority. Took me about 40 mins to get to the desk standing behind 8 guys and that was on a weekday. Representative was polite and helpful. Once at the desk it was done in 2 minutes.

Very unhappy with the customer service. Having shopped with best buy so far this is by far the worst service I got today. Just went to pick up an order and the guy at the counter was so rude and in considerate never bothered to listen to me made me juse walk here and there and treated with disrespect . I will never goto this place.

I went there for a wireless earbuds ask 2 representatives and wait for 25 min with no assistance It is true that a came after gum and with gum clothes but that doesnt mean that I am not going to spend $300 on earbuds I am not going back there again EVER Abt was 10 min away and they were very helpful and even mach their prices
