Customer service was non existence unless I engaged staff. The girl at the copy station wasnt friendly at all and quick to send me to the self service copy machine without any instruction. However, she was very friendly to a familiar customer and gladly made copies for him. Only after I asked that customer for assistance did she offer help. Ill just keep my business in Daphne.

Give credit where it due. This store and ran into a few hick ups with a print job. The copy prolong dept and Store Manager Jeremy really helped out and made it all right. Thanks for the great rebound and just doing what was right. Says a lot about a company that will make decisions that are right for the guest.

Google stated open till 8 but when you get to the store 7 is printed on the door for the weekdays. Very inconvenient if they close at 7 p.m. makes you want to go to Walmart. And that must be pretty bad because ghetto Walmart aint no picnic.
