Really happy with their service. My sister dropped my iPhone 6, since its my work phone I needed it to be repaired ASAP, tried couple shops in Schaumburg area, most of them wanted to take phone for 2 days or at least for the day and I couldnt afford it. When I came to PNP and explained my problem gentlemen who worked there said me that he understand how important for me to have phone working, and gave me unexpected time estimate for the repair - 40 minutes. I was so exited because that was exactly what Ive been looking for AND for the cheapest price compare to other stores. I didnt even finish my lunch in the restaurant close by, when got a call that my phone is ready. I was so exited. Would recommend this store to everybody!

I have came here multiple times with multiple cracked devices. The owner has always taken care of me, with no problems. Until recently, when a new employee showed up...... Came in with a broken screen, walked out with a non-functioning SIM card. The employee is not knowledgable at all. Speaking to the owner is impossible, as he is rarely available. Employee did not call to let me know when hes done and if the problem was resolved. I left my phone on a Saturday morning, did not get a call that day, and was left wondering whats going on until Monday afternoon when I stopped by the store. I had to go out of my way and purchase a new phone to continue using my service. I dont recommend this place anymore, unfortunately.

I went to the store to look at desktop computers for sale . Upon arriving i was taken care of immediately in a very professional manner to answer any questions i had,after telling them what i use the computer for they suggested the best system suited for my needs. i was informed of all aspects of the computer and was very satisfied with the choice and the pricing was right. After the purchase i was very happy i found this store ,they also told me to return if i had any problems using computer.These days most stores sell you something and thats the end of it but not so with p and p computers they stand behind there product.I would recommend this store to everyone i know.

went here a few years back to have my car amplifier repaired. i waited there until they opened.no one showed up...20 minutes goes by and finally someone showed up to open the store. paid the diagnostic fee- was told it was ready for pickup. picked up my amp- reinstalled it in my car and it still didnt work. called them back up and was told the problem was on my end (which it wasnt). So I bring them another amp to repair (stupidly), which they made me pay yet another diagnostic fee. Luckily this time they were able to actually repair it and not lie about it.

My friends recommended this shop as my electronics repair guru. First of all, I had a problem with 46" Samsung TV - was fixed in couple days. Second: my laptop started to work slower than snail after big while of usage. Came here, for only $70 my old laptop is flying now faster than when I just got it brand new. While I was here I saw people who picked up their latest iphones with broken screens. They were like brand new. When I heard the price and turn around time, I could only say WOW good job P&P

I went in with my fathers broken iPhone today. He dropped it and shattered the screen. I called them up and got a reasonable price, short time frame for fixing the phone, and parts were in stock(iPhone 5s.) They took the phone and I got a call in about an hour or so that iPhone was fixed. Works just like it did before sans cracked screen. Very happy with the quality of parts, service, and time frame.

I went to this establishment and they failed to fix my PS3. Twice. The second time I went back to get it, they were not upfront about what they had actually done, if anything, to fix my console after it had stopped working again. I went back for a full refund which they refused to give me. I am currently reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back.

Nevermind I took my PS4 in and they said it was only the lazer light well now its the disk drive so the diagnosis was wrong and that was 40 bucks now they fixed the lazer which was 40 so were out 80 bucks and I still have a broken PS4 that will have to be shipped out to new York for a month or more

Dropped my iPhone 6 plus and cracked screen, so I took it to this place because they quoted cheapest price in the area. Its got fixed same day, now no problems at all my iPhone looks and works like it never been dropped before. I would defenetly recommend this place as iPhone repair shop

Worked with Pavel, had cell phone LCD display replaced and replacement of computer hinge assembly. Both items were repaired timely with minimum down time. Very happy with workmanship and knowledge of employees. Would not hesitate to go back or recommend.

They have great service and great skill when it comes to the computers. We took a computer to them a couple years ago and its still working very well. Took one in recently and they gave us a great used one to replace it. Definitely recommend this place!

I took multi channel pre-amp there and they took it apart diagnosed and fixed it in an super fast turn around time for a very fair price, way cheaper than the manufacturer was asking. Will be my go to computer repair and parts shop from now on.

I just brought my laptop here and i have to say, these guys are pretty amazing. Diagnosed it on the spot and told me it would be ready next day. The next day i got a call and everything was fixed and worked better then it has in years.
