Started our day with mushy waffles because the frig must have went out before we even went to bed the night before. HAD TO HAVE a refrigerator TODAY. Scoured Terre Haute. When I went to Best Buy I told them what I needed and what I wanted to pay. I really appreciated that I wasnt directed to expensive refrigerators and options I didnt need. They brought out one frig from the back that I hoped to see. They made me a great deal, delivered it for free, picked up the old frig for $15 bucks, installed our new frig and I was on to other things by 3pm! I still cant believe it. The delivery guys were great. Respectful and cautious entering and exiting and patient with my questions. What a great day. So thankful for everyone who helped bring my day to a nice calm!! Drove a hour to get to the store to pick up a order that was set up for store pickup and after three house the store was closing and we was told to come back tomorrow and we was even looking at the product on the shelves. Three items but since we paid online we had to wait on paper work. Now I can see why people are ordering from Amazon. I learned my lesson and never again from this company. Customer service told us to go there and it would be ready in 45 min and the store told us that customer service dont tell them what to do. So think twice and find it somewhere else. Just saying

I ve bought another Best Buy Mobile Iphone 5 wall charger and car charger i went to store there was a lady she yell at me..Who are you?I m a customer..anothe time I ve bought ZAGG Screen Glass for my Iphone 6 it was broken couple days later there was a man he give me advice..i dont need an advice i need my problem to be fixed..They dont fix any problem..only advice and apologize..if they dont change my charger or screen glass why did i buy from Best Buy?they said contact to do company..Funny!!!!

The absolute rudest crew Ive ever had to deal with at a Best Buy. Their manager was nothing but a douche. He wasnt about to meet an agreement that two other Best Buys made, and was so unfriendly, and down right nasty to us like we were a huge inconvenience. Youd hope that the people would be friendly and be eager to help you or make sales...Not in Terre Haute! I thought the Best Buy in Bloomington had the award for biggest assholes in the business, well today they lost that title.

Seth in the mobile phone section set me up with new Samsung Note 7, and then handled the recall/replacement due to a Samsung battery issue. He was very thorough and efficient. I spent less time going through the activation and switch-over than I expected. Both for the new phone and the replacement. I went to inquire about the replacement and he ordered one then and it arrived in two days. . I had a very pleasant experience.

Not a bad selection of merchandise, staff is nearly impossible to reach as they always seem to have something to do even when its not very busy. Customer service is great, but slow. Some items here are a bit pricey, while others are actually great deals worth taking advantage of. The Best Buy Mobile division they have located in the mail nearby is also great for quick stops to refill service, and buy parts and accessories.

Shop here all the time! Have gotten all our cell phone stuff here for years. Staff is very helpful, if they dont know the answer they will find someone who does. Have bought all our electronics stuff here since they opened. I know that its reliable and if I have a problem they do everything they can to help!

We bought bluetooth speakers with the protection plan. One of the speakers was defective . We exchanged it for the exact same speaker, and were told we had to buy another protection plan, that its a 1time use. I feel that it should not even be used once, otherwise they arent selling quality products .

Had a terrible experience buying 2 new phones, was pressured to buy the monthly insurance and when I declined found out a week later they had added it to my bill anyway-dont deal with them for your cell phones, go through your wireless carrier only! Verizon was very helpful later to fix the mess.

Best buy, replaces Terre Haute Circuit City. Fairly good service reps who know more than most. All of them are extremely friendly which can often make up for any misunderstanding. Do not forget to price match another online retailer. Good place for your technology in the Wabash Valley.

Customer service is where its at. I recently visited the store 2 different times with a television issue that I was having. The ladies in the customer service department were extremely helpful and top notch! Thanks for the help with my issue and keep up with the great work!

Doesnt sell Apple products so they are pretty much the most useless Best Buy in the world. Only in Terre Haute will you find an electronics store that doesnt sell the most highly rated and purchased electronic equipment in the world.

Didnt have item in stock even though their website said they did. Employees were younger people standing around talking, one girl was rather loud talking about her boyfriend. Ill just stick with ordering from Amazon in the future.

Store managers are rude. staff is incompetent. Id rather buy from ebay or newegg. They will not price match online or even attempt lower price to get your business. Go to HH Gregg they will at least work with the prices.

Ive always bought my phones and other electronic devices from Best Buy. Staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful. They always help me when I have a problem with my phones so I dont understand the negative reviews.

Mobile install crew is great, explain things as needed and do very good job at cleaning up any mess. Ive had multiple things installed in my vehicles here and never had a complaint.

Wish i could give a no star. Horrible if you have a extra 30 min try to call them. It will send you to a call center in BFE and you can never get a hold of a person in the store.

Went in not sure what I was looking for and the staff quickly took me to the correct place after describing the item to them. Prices were reasonable and the selection was great.
