Horrible. DO NOT USE THE TIRE OR OIL DEPARMENT!!! They do not honor their online listed pricing. You will never get anyone to answer the phone here either. I dropped my car for tires that were listed online and available in store. After dropping the car, they told me they do not honor their own online pricing. The guy told me it is just to bring people in. I told them this is illegal and I wanted to speak with a manager. He told me no manager was there till the next day. I told him to have him call me. An hour later I get a phone call saying you need to remove your car or it will be towed or vandalized. I called and finally got a manager. Explained situation. He apologized and said it would be corrected. He honored the online price which he said they do do and the other guy was wrong. He promised the car first thing in the morning. Afternoon comes, no call. I call at 12 and they tell me were waiting to order your tires. What the hell is going on? Then I call and speak with store manager (after 20 minutes of holding) to get told...well we need a waiver signed to work on the car. That is the problem. You will have to drive down here and sign and waiver, then we will put the tires on. All the other people you spoke with were wrong. He didnt care to correct the problem with the employees, just offered some gift card. I dont want a gift card. I wanted what I originally came in for. Tires. Thats it. I have never had such a run around and scam in my life. Im not going to pick the car up and go to costco to get tires. Unbelievable.

I always had decent experience at this Walmart. However, on October 2, 2016 I went there to return a air mattress that was not holding air inside. It was around 20 days since the purchase. The lady name PAM at the return desk told us that return should be done within 15 days. She refused to take the return and started lecturing about one should not return the mattresses. She said I should have read the policy. The policy was on the desk itself and air mattress was not listed as special item. She started looking on internet and screamed from computer instructing all staff that no one will take my return. It was bit embarrassing with a lot of customers and staff staring at me. She made several comments and was very rude in her behavior. Finally supervisor was called and supervisor said that return is completely OK. There is no special policy for air-mattress. As soon as I got out of customer services I see all smiling and feel good faces on sales counter. It is just that they have to humiliate customer if choose to return.

If you dont mind waiting in line --- I gave up on this WalMart after continually being met with lines out the door during peak hours. Saturday at 9am you need cashiers getting people out of there. Most recently, I went to have mini-8 video converted to DVDs for our baseball team. I had investigated the prices, etc. & came in to actually do it and after waiting 20 minutes for the person in the camera dept to show up he said they didnt do that service. Their brochures and the person I spoke to 10 days before gave no indication they didnt do that anymore. I spoke to the manager to find they DO, in fact, provide that service so the guy in camera just didnt WANT to do it. Other negative customer service experiences. If you have time to shop and you dont care how the people who work there treat you..................its a great store.

Well Maintained store but lacks helping staff on the floor. I wish they add a few more people to the floor in the evening and night time. Store has more confused customers than the help they need! I appreciate the well maintained aisles, I wish they add a few Organic produce to their shelf. I absolutely love their Vision center and disgust the hair Salon! Our entire family goes to this vision center as the Drs, Staff and the stock is very satisfying. Their Organic Milk is over priced and fruits and vegetables are priced for people who do not eat too many fruits and vegetables. I wonder if they ever compare their prices with other local grocery stores. I buy a few of my needs at this store.

Ive always had a good experience at this particular wal mart. They always have what I need in stock no matter what it is. I go weekly for groceries, and the prices and taste of their i guess you could say "generic" brand items is just the same as name brands that are 2 dollars extra. Definitely a good place to shop. I wont lie though this is one problem I have, and its this. When you call them on the phone for whatever it usually takes a long time for someone to answer or no one answers at all, but thats only when I call at two in the morning and had a sudden urge to buy a movie or whatever lol. I hope this review helps! :)

Horrible experience in the deli department associates need to know customers come first. When my husband asked the girl to make a fresh batch of chicken she then said no because the ones in the case was fine. When a customer request fresh chicken just honor the request. Spoke to hardlines manager Chris so not helpful at all he made excuses for them over and over . To sum it all up customer is always in the wrong . To to mention the store is super ghetto and all associates are very rude and unhelpful and the store manager should be ashamed .Im very disappointed and will no longer be shopping there.

I ordered an electronics item using Walmarts "Site to Store" service. When I went to pick it up, I had to wait for 45 minutes before anyone helped me. A few days later, I filled out a survey they emailed me and explained the poor service. A few days later, around 10 PM at night, I got a call at my home number from an angry Walmart employee from Plainfield Walmart questioning me about the big problem I had that I had to file a complain about. I could not believe it. They had the audacity to give me bad service and call me late night at my home number! I am not shopping there anymore.

I go out of my way to go to this store instead of the other Plainfield/Shorewood store.Just look up those reviews! Ugh!! This store is clean,people are friendly.This store has its problems like every other Wal-Mart. Such as understaffing at registers, on the sales floor etc.But when I go there it seems peaceful and no loud music playing during the later hours when the store is stocking shelves!!Hopefully people from corporate read these opinions.Wal-Mart corp is lucky the workers havent unionized.But it will come.

Newer Walmart that is open 24 hours. Have pharmacy that closes everyday from 1 to 2 for lunch (I dont know why as no other pharmacy I have been to closes for lunch) They have a grocery section, home goods/improvement section, auto department where you can get oil changed and light car work, electronics department, liquor department, clothing, fabrics and grocery. Lines are usually long and they rarely have all registers open. Staff is somewhat knowledgeable on the items they carry.
