I try to shop here. They have a few products I like that I just cant get anywhere else close by. But their customer service is horrendous! No employee ever asks if we need help. 3/15/17, after asking the cashier to please send help to plumbing, we waited 10 more minutes and still got no help. Cashier was great, but no floor help. Even when weve shopped there and gotten a little help, they act like they are being bothered. Im going to Lowes and save some frustration. I ALWAYS am offered help multiple times from friendly employees at Lowes!

I went in person to and purchased a door scheduled a day to have it installed and here I am a week after my install we supposed to be without a door due to this store not having the materials for the install and the only way I found that out was by the installer the store has yet to contact me and notify me of when they are going to get the materials and install the door? I will NEVER use this location again for an installation or purchase of any kind!

Bad experience...one employee in particular was extremely rude, I wont list his name but I will say it was on Fathers Day of all days and we had our children one an infant he made me move my car so he could pass by...we wont be back.

They advertise there carpet in linear ft but wont sell it In linear ft. So it doubles the price because you have to buy it in square yard. This is a crock of xxxx.
