I always enjoy the service at Ace...I like that I can go in and always find what I need without having to buy a whole box of something..someone always greets me as I enter..and can almost always find what I need..unlike the big box stores!! Today..they called me to offer a new pruning saw because they misplaced the one I had brought to them for sharpening...love Ace..

This place has the most helpful and knowledgeable employees of any hardware store I have been to. There have been many times that I have come in looking for a specific nut or bolt or whatever and without fail someone was able to find it in a small fraction of the time that it would have taken me. Highly recommend!

I desperately needed tiny screws for a class I was taking. I had searched at Sears and Walmart and neither store had them small enough. When I walked into Ace, I was instantly greeted, taken right to the screws, and the worker helped me find exactly the right screw I needed. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

I wish I remember his name, but one staff member was able to help me pick out just the right hardware to fix my bicycle. Incredibly helpful staff that go out of their way to serve. The store had just about everything you need in a hardware store.

Selection is limited. This is more of a quick stop hardware store. Prices seem comparable to other stores for most of the items Ive purchased here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to be familiar with their products.

That Cody guy is AMAZING at his job. If you are lucky enough to walk in while he is working, he will help you find the perfect lightbulb in a flash. Lol get it "flash" because its a light bulb

Better for a quick trip where you are picking up very common items, limited selection and higher prices make the big box stores better for large purchases. Helpful staff are nice too.

Excellent service. There is usually an employee at the door to help you find what you need. Prices may be a bit higher than Lowes, but the convenience is worth it.

Theres no point in getting a duplicate key made if its done poorly and then doesnt even work to lock and unlock.
