Locked the door at 8:00 pm sharp as we walked up and with a stern voice of agervation "SORRY, Were CLOSED." while proceding to locking the door. A line at the checkout showed me they were going to be checking out for another 10 minutes. I told her I knew what I want and she turned around and walked away. I understand both sides of this as Ive worked retail, but that was an example of a poor way to handle business or talk to a customer. Why take it out on someone just walking up to the door.

The store is brand new. The tools are perfectly stocked. This has to be among the very best of HFs stores. The isles are wide and the staff is helpful.
