If you need a few nails, some strange electrical wiring, or an excellent pocket knife, this is your place. The neighborhood Hardware store BEFORE the big box stores. The staff are friendly, but they let you browse before asking to help you. More of a kind "Hello" and when you have a question, just ask, Low Key, reasonable prices, and in the neighborhood. Why drive 3 dollars worth of gas to a big box, and STILL not find what you want! If its small hardware, wiring, odds and ends, hand tools or that last little thing you need to get the job done, call or stop by here first. I always do!

Ive never had better customer service. I took over a tin of "wood dough" that is used for filling nails holes. We had bought the tin years ago, and it had dried up. I just wanted a tip on how to make it fresh again. Instead of just a tip, they got out their canister of "wood dough oil" and made my canister of wood dough as good as new--with no charge. They stand behind their products, and clearly have a passion for what their doing. Great guys, great knowledge base, great store.

This is the perfect place for people, like me, who love old-fashioned hardware stores with old-fashioned customer service. If you need to buy one nail, no problem. If you cant find it anywhere else, this place probably has it. The cats are a plus.
