Trying to get a window frame re-screened, dropped off on Tuesday said should be ready in a couple of days, go back on Friday told to come back Monday. Went back Tuesday said it should be ready Wednesday. Called Wednesday now wont be ready until Friday...terrible customer service. If I ever get it back, I will never be back!!

Got an email stating 20% off today for ace reward customers. My wife showed up to buy some mulch and was told the deal was ONLY for items inside the store. Not outside where the mulch is. LAME!
