The store itself is generally helpful and the staff is nice, but do NOT buy sod from them, especially in bulk. I bought 8 pallets of sod from them to redo my lawn. Since it was a bulk order they defer to their suppliers. The sod I received seemed great at first until I got passed the first layer. Each pallet has 6 layers, each layer has 10 rolls of sod per layer. Thats 60 rolls per pallet. On average at least 1 if not 2 rolls per layer were completely unusable, not counting the rolls that were half usable. Call that 1 1/2 rolls per layer 6 layers per pallet and 8 pallets thats 72 rolls...thats more than an entire pallet. I paid a lot of money to have an entire pallet be useless. On top of the useless rolls, a large portion of the rolls were half falling apart before I even put them down so now I have numerous bare spots that im trying to refill because the grass died very quickly after being laid down. The store itself is a great store the staff are always helpful and I will continue to shop there for anything other than sod.

110% NEGATIVE !!! I called Home Depot to see if they had a remote control in stock. I was connected to quite possibly the rudest person ive talked to in some time. When I asked if they had a replacement clicker I was told I could find anything in the store online. The reason I called in the first place was because I "COULDNT" find it online and needed their "seasoned professional" to assist me. I realize this review will probably fall on deaf ears and so be it but maybe someone will benefit and not have to deal with the unconcerned witch that I spoke to. Obviously she loves her job (NOT!) its just the work she hates. As for Home Depot ill probably never set foot in the place again. Besides I have a very good LOWES store in my neighborhood with courteous people. Should have went there in the first place!

yes i was held up by the manager and one of the guys from the pro desk over 4 hours of crap they nevere would contac corpoate policy for the asestace i had a check one of two the first one was alot more then the one i had it was exsepted but they kep spitting that that was store policy but yet the took the first one two weeks ago i told them that but i think it was tim and criss they cost me a lot of money for the 4 hours of down time do to an none respones to the corporate policy but yet refused to use chain of comman to fix it he chose to hold me up for 4 hours i just hope that i never have to use the home depot in clarskville they realy are incompetent in there abillity to solve a simple check probe i had to pay my guys for there 4 hours of the hodepot lack of chain of coman THANKS ALOT HOMEDEPOT.

This review applies to installation services. Having to remove my own carpet and padding even though it is included in instillation, due to a miscommunication between Home Depot and the installer. This delayed my install a week took a ton of my time. The reason I did not just call Home spot and have them redo the quote is because, I also had them installing a new roof on my house that they double charged the deposit on basically leaving me without a few thousand dollars for a week. Ended up going with a different roofer.

I have been to this store a few times. The last experience I have had here was excellent. I was helping a friend with a project, and we went to this store to get a couple of things. We had intermediate bulbs that needed to be replaced, but these are quite hard to find. An employee immediately was able to help us, and she steered us right. Her name was Sheila, and she helped us find exactly what we needed. I am so thankful for the helpful staff.

Always helpful, with home improvents, and Instore. My daughter had bought candy from Home Depot and then dropped it on the floor, as I was cleaning it, and putting it in the nearest trash can, an employee came over and told me "not to worry, Ill get that with the broom" and went over and got her a new bag of candy. I thought it was so nice of him, and thanked him, that he didnt have to do that. He kept saying not a problem maam.

I always have a great experience at this store. Recently I had a Ryobi battery go bad after about 6 months of use. I walked in the store with battery and receipt expecting a little bit of a hassle. Its was so easy and quick I was really surprised. I will continue to go to the Home Depot and purchase Ryobi products. They stand behind their products and made an getting a replacement quick and painless.

I went in to get a generator and realized it was a little heavy, Johnny (one of the associates) saw me looking for a cart and not only did he find me a cart he pushed to where the portable heaters were and helped me pick one out. Then we continued to the register then toy truck and he helped me load my items. If that aint customer service, then I dont know what is. Thanks johnny.

After asking 3 associates for help in the appliance department, I waited around for assistance for an hour and no one ever came. Neither of the 3 associates tried to help me after I stressed Id been waiting for so long. The customer service sucks, and lets not talk about the 800 number. Getting a live representative to help is impossible.

The staff here has always been very helpful. Every corner I turn there is someone asking me if I need anything & greeting me! A certain other place has lost my business due to not helping & never being able to find anyone. This Home Depot has definitely won over my husband & I and they will continue to have our business.

You can usually find what you want and need here, and they have fairly good discounts. I would recommend the Home Depot for this looking for tools, lighting, and electrical equipment, but I would go to the nearby Lowes for everything else.

Lumber department needs a lot of improvement. My wife stood in the isle and assent asked if she needed help but if she could move so they could drive a forklift through. They are more concerned about picking orders than customer service.
