Had a coupon for a few things, didnt get the coupon price, so I go back, the lady looks at me and tells me that even tho it was their fault they wouldnt give my money back and didnt get my unused coupons back, and she was just super rude thru all of this, Im extremely irritated, Im an inside track member, used to recommend to everyone, but I promise I will not be back and I spent about 300 this weekend alone, and I will tell everyone never to set foot in there

Employees were friendly and helpful. Store was clean and had plenty of stock considering it was the holiday "Cyber Monday" weekend sales when we went in (Holiday season 2014). We went before the bar opened up next door (The Saloon) so parking was easy though they were relatively busy inside HR. Weve purchased from many Harbor Freights over the years and most items are very well priced and last. Will shop at this location in the future.

Great selection of specialty tools and gadgets. Great prices also. The big however Id the quality of the tools. Some hand tools are just as good as big name brands but I would be careful if you are planning on using some of the power tools in a professional capacity. I have had some work out just fine and others not so much. But for a home owner or a weekend warrior its tough to beat.

My son and i went to harbor freight to buy a tool box the 72 in bottom and 56 in top and a side cabinet which would have been about 1500 dollars but they said they would have to order themand it was going to cost 100 dollars for delivery fee but they had them on display and wouldnt sale the displays so they lost out on about 1500 what a business
