After spending hundreds of dollars at home depot on remodeling my bathroom, my refrigerator goes out in my rental property. I call home depot to ask if they had any on clearance and if not I needed to purchase the cheapest black fridge they had as I had someone to come get it then. Well, they made me wait after picking up phone several times and asking where they could direct my call, I kept saying appliances, finally some lady gets on the phone and ask if she can help me, I said what I needed, she said she didnt work in appliances and she will take my number cause shes busy. I said no Im on my lunch break and Im sending someone now, she hung up on me. I called back 4 times and the first two they would pick up the phone and hang it back up, the last two they just sat there and I could hear someone breathing. I called back and pressed a different option to talk with a manager. They probably aint gonna do nothing about it either. They just lost a sale

I wish I knew the name of the tall young man that helped me (Junior at UA, around 20 yrs old). He was exceptionally helpful. He probably wont be there long, hes much too good to stay there. The other employees seemed more interested in moving stock around. My usual experience at home depot is with employees who act bothered by your presence.

Every time I come, home Depot does not disappoint... Overall its a great its just there third party delivery service is horrible. I definitely would recommend home Depot anyway over Lowes since Lowes is horrible. Home Depot makes up for there third party service with good customer service and quantity of things that you need

I hate this location nothing in stock to match the other material they sell staff is ignorant and nowhere to be found they close ten minutes before closing I have never got a call back from the store manager if he or she even exist corporate should shut this store down

Awful!! No customer service whatsoever. Stock was very low. Online said there were 28 units of what I needed. I waited 45 min for someone to get them down and no one ever came even though multiple associates passed by and said someone was coming.
