Hi, As an employee here, I have seen good and bad customers. As far as the store, we dont carry everything...but we sure have a lot. As far as the negatives, you have some good days and some, well...not so great. To summarize everything at Harbor Freight: Product Extended Service Plan (ESP): •Outstanding!!*** (1 or 2 years on top of manufacturer warranty of 90 days, for a total of 15 months or 27 months.) Product Price: •Great! Product Durability: •Good Product Default Warranty: •Fair/limited (90 days) ***ESP Top Seller*** ESPs can cover anything that can possibly go wrong with the item. Regardless if you break it on purpose or accidentally, or due to normal use over time, we cover that. The only thing that the warranty does not cover is Thefts, as we need the item to exchange/replace with the same or better item. Overall we do (or at least I do) try really hard to help the customers (even if I accidentally give the wrong information, although I mean well).

Picked up a power tool and was sold a warranty. Was told it was tied to my phone number so I wouldnt need the box or receipt. Obviously the tool stopped working and I brought it back for the warranty. Now not only can they not find the warranty in the system, the cant find my information in the system at all. I have purchased numerous products prior to this return and they never had a problem finding me or taking my money but now Im apparently a mystery and they cant do anything without the receipt. Twist my arm and make me spend my money elsewhere I guess. Rest assured there is free advertising for both good and bad experiences.

Great selection of just about any tool you could need and very reasonably priced as the many customers in store would agree. Staff was helpful and friendly. They always have coupons too.
