We absolutely love this hardware store above all others (i.e. Home Depot, Menards, etc.). There are actual people there asking if you need assistance (instead of hunting down a person who works in "another department) and the young men and women can intelligently answer questions. I cant tell you how many times I have gone to their competitors and been frustrated by the lack of knowledge their associates have. Their prices are a little more than the "big box" stores, but I think the customer service makes up for the difference.
