Found an item I wanted for $1.79 went to buy it and it rang up $5.79...The manager quickly snatched the sale price tag off the items shelf and said it was a mistake. I asked if he was going to honor the price...no someone switched the tags. I told him I understand that...but where I work if a mistake is made we still satisfy the customer, he didnt care and said that it was a customer that switched the tag anyways.

Harbor Freight represents, in my estimation, the best Hardware dealer in the Fort Smith, Arkansas. As both I and my spouse are physically handicapped the friendliness of the staff and the ease of locating such help are essential. In a like fashion both the quality and price of the items offered and the management are also the best to be found.
