Most of the time this is an awesome place, although I will say the last time I tried shopping for flowers, the new staff member I cane in contact with was horribly rude and made my experience not only bad but embarrassing. I know its only one person but the thought of seeing her there makes me shop else where.

Poor selection, haphazard stocking. Much of the inventory is under lock and key. Unless Im on a bind, Ill drive a little farther to a different store.

Completely absent staff. Most act as if asking for assistance is an inconvenience, and turn and walk away as you are speaking.
