Awful customer service! Was put on hold for over 15 minutes and had to call back for an answer. The second person to answer was even more rude than the first and interrupted my question to hand me to the manager. They are the reason people prefer the big box stores, at least they are friendly and knowledgeable at home depot.

High dollar hardware store,other local hardware stores I experienced has same products for at least half the price! The so called management staff are verrrry unprofessional & somewhat rude.....towards customers. Will not shop there again!! There are plenty of hardware stores in INDEPENDENCE.....

I am a regular customer and joined their points rewards a few years ago and was AMAZED by the amount of money I save each time I visit, also they send me an additional coupon each month either $5.00 $10.00 . Also in the spring they have the best looking plants around.
