WORST SERVICE EVER!! I called and spoke with a lady on the phone and asked her if they had a specific part in stock and she very hurriedly and quickly responded "yes" I then asked her another question related to the same part and she, again, very hurriedly and quickly responded "yes". I asked her if she had that particular part for my van and she rudely said that I would need to come in and look for myself and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Nowhere in the entire conversation that I had with this woman did I get upset or angry or raise my voice. I was simply asking a few questions about ONE part. If I had an employee like this working for me I would be ashamed and embarrassed. I honestly cant not believe that Harbor Freight lets their employees treat paying customers like this!!

Worst staff ever. 3 times I went to this store in Belton and asked for assistance & 3 times nope.Just now I couldnt find anyone so I waited in line and asked the cashier to call someone to help me load a floor jack into my cart which she did so I waited and waited and waited. I looked to see another man come to the other register and 2 other employees standing in the corner talking. I left my cart of items and went to buy my jack and things somewhere else. I will not be returning. Ill pay more for customer service as I live too far away to go get a friend to pick up heavy items.
