Great home town service, held my appliances for me "at no charge" while we were waiting on the remodeling process to be completed. As soon as it was completed they delivered them the next day. Vick was very helpful in helping my wife choosing which appliances would fit what she needed. The female attendant inside the store was also very helpful in finding a fridge that would fit our size opening yet meet what she wanted in a fridge.

I would recommend not ever buying anything from Sears; I wont. It is a joke trying to get replacement parts for Kenmore appliances.
