We bought a couch and recliner about a year and a half ago well the recliner is already broken . Not a hAppy customer. We would have shopped there again but not now. We called the Cullman store the guy said he was busy and would call us back . Never called us back. Very disappointed in the store and product. All we wanted was them to fix our recliner.

Seems like a very solid furniture store. My fiancé and I have been shopping for furniture for our future house and several places and Badcock seems to have their "regular" pricing below what most other places have when theyre having sales. Very good high quality items. Check this place out- sales people arent pushy at all, either. Great selection.
