Wished I could do a "no star" rating! Where do I start.. First, I needed to return an item that I thought I would need & it turned out I didnt need it & they would not let me return it if they had to reimburse me money & so I told them that I would like to exchange it for an area rug. I picked out the area rug I loved & the sales lady, Teresa, went & got the ticket & checked me out at the front desk. SHE, HERSELF, GOT THE SALES TICKET. Her & I both saw the same ticket. I told her I wanted the display because she said it was new. After the transaction was made & I had signed my papers, me, her & my mother went to help pick up the area rug. As we moved everything, she noticed she had picked up the wrong sales tag. I would understand if the transaction would not have already been made but it was finalized. So, I told her it was her job to have read the sales tag before she check me out at the desk. She rudely raised her voice & said, "look at all of this furniture. I would love for you to come here and do my job for one day because you couldnt." I replied with that I had a job just like she did. & she said "I have multiple jobs here." She referred to all the children that come in the store as, I quote, "screaming banshees" & she could not always go behind them & check the tags on things that they mess with. So, I told her I didnt want to buy the area rug, payed off my account and walked out & said I would never be back. I have NEVER been treated well at Badcock in Oneonta, AL. But, I am done after today. Teresa was so rude & hateful! I miss the previous manager Donna! Badcock has lost excellent business from me & my husband & even through out the bad times I still stuck around. After what happened, I cannot go back.

Only giving a one star because there is no zero. Called this morning to tell us our order was in, to pick it up, but didnt tell us no one can help load. So my husband is driving around oneonta trying to pay someone to help load. My hubs just ran down their delivery men, they are helping. So at least the delivery men seem nice. The manager was rude, corporate has been notified.

my dad came into the store today 3-12-15 to see about a bed and some more furniture didnt have the bed in stock would not order it said it was no good and would not sell him one. He has bought a lot of stuff from there over the years but no more. the sales lady was so hate full. not a good place to go no more

Such nice and helpful people. Have always had good experiences with Oneonta Badcock store.Have bought all my furniture and now appliances there .A wonderful sales staff ! Love them !!!!
