We decided to finally pull the trigger on getting a Big Green Egg. I called around and got a decent price 45 minutes down the road. When I walked into Quality Furniture, I was greeted by Sally who not only was helpful, but told me pricing that was well below anywhere else I found. I brought my wife in the next day to look at the Eggs and recliners and this time we were met by Bruce, the owner, who helped us select a recliner and gave us a price that we were very pleased to pay. Bruce and his team seem to be a class act and we will be returning for our furniture and BGE needs. If you are looking for a Big Green Egg, I have priced them for miles around Murfreesboro, and could not find a better price anywhere.

Excellent customer service experience! I have purchased several pieces of furniture. Every purchase has been a positive experience. I have purchased items in the store, and I have ordered items. So, if you dont see the exact item you are looking for, they can order it. The items that I ordered arrived faster than items that have been "in stock" in other stores. Also, they give you a 2 hour delivery time window. Its awesome! You dont spend your whole day waiting on your furniture. Quality Furniture Company will continue to get all of my business!

Bought a mattress 4 months ago, I was told if there was ever an issue to call them and they would replace it. After waiting a week for them to inspect it I was told that they would not replace it despite what I was told and that my mattress didnt meet their criteria. I understand having the criteria I just wish they would have mentioned in when I bought it, because now I have a horrible bed and I am out 700 dollars.

New in town needed replacement legs for Sofa they were so accommodating and found some in the warehouse..... I had checked with others in area no one seemed to want to help as I wasnt spending for big ticket items..... Not the case here you wouldve thought I arrived in a limo. I was a priority to them..... Customer Service at its best. Would definitely purchase furniture here..... Simply the Best!
