I was a first time customer. My appt was at 10am, I hadnt heard anything 8 hours later or couldnt get anyone to answer their phone so I go up there & the open sign is on but their door was locked. Finally a man with all rotten teeth comes to the door whispering that they are still not done with my 4lb Yorkie!!! How long does a dog the size of a bag of sugar take to groom? And why did my dog have to be there at 10am going all day without food, water, & probably going to the bathroom for 8 hours if they didnt intend on doing him until hours later? Hes a nervous wreck when it comes to groomers anyway. I still havent seen my dog. Im waiting outside their door. BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT ILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG BACK HERE. EVER AGAIN!
