Have lived here 27 years. Was a nice clean mobile home park up until new owners took over. 5 street lights on Violet Dr have been out for a year an?d month and havent been fixed yet. The office hours are 9 to 6 closed on Thursdays. Seems the office is never open. Has really gone down hill.

Very rude, heartless owners they treat the elderly and the lower class like yesterdays trash! They dont care about anybody or anything but the lot rent! They should be ashamed of themselves!
