Ordered a heart wreath for Mother-in-Law funeral. Specifically ask for a MOTHER banner across the wreath. When I arrived at the funeral home there was no ribbon. I ask the funeral director and he didnt remember a ribbon. Called the florist and he stated he had put a bow on it but he would check with the funeral director and get back to me. Have not heard back. However I did find out there was that small ribbon at the bottom which I didnt even see. We tried to call the night of the funeral but they close at 5 and funeral was at 6. Maybe this is a good florist and they made a mistake but when they never called back I will never recommend this florist to anyone. It is too late to fix the problem after the funeral.

They had to decorate a gazebo for our wedding and the only decoration for $200 was a bouquet on the arch. Although when I was talking to a florist on the phone, I specifically emphasized that I would like to have it nicely decorated both at the top of the gazebo and by its sides. She assured me everything gonna be all right and it will look good, but at the day of wedding, when we saw what they had done and told them we were not satisfied with it, their answer was: "Its all you get for this money". If the nicer decorations cost more, why didnt she tell me about it when we were discussing it, before the wedding? I consider it unprofessional and dishonest.

I used Cape Winds for our wedding at Peter Shields in Cape May. Debbie and her staff were wonderful. Debbie really took the time to listen to us and tailor our flowers to our uniqueness. Set up on the beach and transfer to the Inn was seemless! You wont be disappointed! Also, my husband and I were frustrated with attempting to find a quality baker in the area for our cake. Debbie was kind enough to recommend A Piece of Cake in Villas. It was the most fabulous cake we had ever had. There were no left overs after the event!
