I was very pleased with the service from this shop. My mother-n-law is elderly, widowed, and quite difficult to please, so I wanted to customize a gourmet basket to her tastes. The shop owner was very helpful, listening to what I was looking for and making suggestions. Also, even with their busy Mothers Day delivery schedule, they they took the time to engage with my mother-in-law when they arrived at her door, which made all the difference in how she felt about the gift, and when she called to thank me, I could hear how pleased she was! Thank you, Moorsetown Flower Shoppe, for helping me give my lonely mother-in-law a Happy Mothers Day gift.

Awful customer service, which is unusual for a family owned business. Owner is condescending and I encourage her to learn how to communicate in ways that would leave her business in better standing. Looks like this experience wasnt out of the ordinary - wish I would have spoken to people or read reviews before contacting them. Have never left a bad review for a company, but this one is weak. Not a good representation of the rest of the Moorestown shops that are outstanding. Will take my familys "shop small/shop local" floral support elsewhere.

Wow, what ever happened to customer service? Why do employees have to have such an attitude? I expect much different service in a town like Morrestown, especailly in this economy... Ill take my business elsewhere!
