My name is LCPL Prussien I am a United State Marine, On may 30th 2016 I went to this dealership to purchase a BMW, I had the worst experience ever. These two guys at the dealership took my $2000 deposit and they did not sell me a car. I have been waiting for a refund for a month now and nobody at that dealership seems to give a care. This dealership is a rip off, I am currently going back and forth with them through a legal battle for a $2000 down payment that they stole from me for a 2006 bmw 750li that I did not purchase. Do not do business with them, its a scam operations. Every time I called and inquired about my refund the shady sales manager always tells me that he cant get a hold of the owner who is the only one authorized to process my $2000 refund. Supposedly this so called owner is never around, I wonder how can such a business survive when its employees take great pleasure in antagonizing its customers by stealing their money. I am fed up at this point and one of these days im just going to go in there with Law enforcement and press charges, and contact the Passaic County State Prosecutor because stealing someone hard earned money is a crime and I will not let nobody scam me out of the blood that I shed to earn my money. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against this dealership. I trained hard to defend and protect my country but only to come back home and get scammed by a group crooked car salesman.

For the past almost 6 months this horrible dealership has stole our money by selling us a Range Rover we were in love w they had no tittle n gave us 3 sets of temporary plates one actually from Virginia then put us in another Range Rover after spending 2000$ on rims for the first one cuz the 24inch tires n rims that were on there were no good they were three piece rims n were cracked n we had them repaired n still kept getting flats, on to second Range Rover they were supposed to trade it n just switch the paper work w the bank went n took a loan out for more money that wasnt the deal they made w us through there boss ALEX, so we are now out all those Range Rover payments n we were sold an Infiniti car which we love did every thing on our part as asked plus gave ALEX another 5 grand we are now at 11 thousand not counting loss of payments from the range rovers, n THE CAR IS SITTING PARKED W AN EXPIRED PLATE... NOW MY LAWYER IS GETTING ALL PAPERS READY TO BE FILLED N NOT ONLY AM I GOING TO GO AFTER ALEX I AM GOING TO PERSONALLY HAVE EACH SALESMAN SERVERED WITH PAPERS .... ALEX IS THE OWNER N A THIEF I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS I FERL LIKE IM IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE... DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THEM IF THEY ARE EVEN OPEN STILL.... SEE YOU IN COURT ALEX I DONT EVEN WANT TO HIT THE STAR BUT TO POST THIS SO IT DONT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE I HAVE NO CHOICE!!!

The worst place I ever been to in my life waiting on plates for like 5 months or more always getting the run around that they never came in yet or no one picking up my phone calls. Never paid of my payoff the bank keeps calling me no answer at all. The owner who is Alex grant Chinese guy who where glasses and keep a puppy with him and Im on to him a these fake ass dealership Im taking it to next level with these guy they can run but cant hide Im sick of the BS that they been telling me for mouths Ramseycars. Is the other dealership they own 138n central Ave Ramsey ny Alex grant is there I dont no who Alex Perez is I think its fake names but every one needs to get together and do something about these fakes they take your money and never get the job done rob the bank with out a gun and the people pay for it Im not going to stop until the job gets done... If I have to make visit to these place every day thats what Im going to do your playing with people live and credit is getting messed up something have to happen now dont let the getttt away with it

I want everyone here to know, as it seems you may not? We have also been screwed by these crooks! Twilight Zone I AGREE!! this has been going on for months as well! Please let me know if you need more info as I do not have the numbers on me at the moment but they are closed down being investigated. From what I understand there is a meetingredients with authoritits AS well as DMV next week!! They never paid our 18k trade in as well!!! IF YOU HAVE NOT YET PLEASE CONTACT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY IN PATERSON THEY WILL DIRECT YOU TO THE DETECTIVE ON THE CASE AS WELL AS DMV IS ASSISTING TO GET PEOPLE REGISTERED. PLEASE CALL THE DA GET ON THE LIST OF SCAMMED TO GET THESE CROOKS AND HELP US ALL!! I AS WELL AS A FEW OTHERS HAVE ALREADY MET WITH THE DETECTIVE ASSIGNED!! PLEASE LMK IF U NEED MORE INFO -IT HAS BEEN POSTED ON THEIR FB PAGE TOO... THEY HAVE SCREWED UP SO MANY PEOPLE LIVES!

Unreliable! Poor service. An overhaul with their business acumen and professionalism is necessary. Please beware should you opt to purchase from this business. Shoddy business! Save yourself from the headache In response to the owners response below, I would love to return the car for a full refund. How would I go about accomplishing this. I have yet to receive a call back regarding the status of my title or license extension, despite being assured by several employees that my title would arrive today (2/9)at the latest. To date I purchased a car on 1/16 and Im now unable to drive it since the license plate expired on 2/4. I would love to receive a call back to rectify this nightmare that I have experienced.

This auto group,/car dealership is a scam. They are selling stolen vehicles, taking peoples money and NOT giving you, the bank, DMV or anyone else the proper paperwork to obtain tags and put the car in your name. They have stolen thousands of dollars from people. Do NOT even contact this place. Take your business elsewhere. They are stealing money and you will NOT be able to contact anyone from the dealership once they get your money from your financing institution. You will be stuck with a collateral loan and a vehicle that you can NOT drive because of these THIEVES!!!! This has happened to numerous people. BEWARE!!!

This business should be closed!!!! They sold me a lemon and they refuse to call me so we can rectify the situations. WARNING: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE DEVILS. THEY WILL SELL YOU A PRETTY LEMON!!! STILL GOT TEMPORARY PLATES AFTER 6 MONTHS.....THEY WILL AVOID YOUR CALLS!!! THESE DUDES ARE PLAIN CROOKS AND I HOPE YALL GET SHUT DOWN!!!!!
