My boyfriend and I bought a crib online to be delivered to this location for store pick up. Our great experience starts when the crib was ready within 2 days of placing the order (we were expecting it to take at least a week as the crib was not something they carried in stock). But more importantly when we drove an hour to pick up the crib, the box it came in was too large to fit in our SUV. Aiden and Samuel were working and helped us take the box apart in store to fit each piece into the SUV so we wouldnt have to drive back at a later date with a different vehicle. They helped us navigate each part of the crib into the back of our car and had a fun attitude about it. They deserve a raise! Thanks again Aiden and Samuel for going above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service!
