My first experience shopping at a Babies R Us was when I lived out in LA to get my sister registered and it wasnt very impressive. But now that I live in Woodbury I decided to give the Woodbury R Us a shot and I was extremely impressed. They turned my perception around! The staff are friendly and attentive. Gave some cool info and facts about the Chicco Cortina travel system I got (which I am loving by the way). Cant wait to give birth and use it! Heather was beyond informative helping me pick out the travel system. If anyone wants her advice/help, I recommend calling ahead to see if she is available. Worth it! Another employee Andrew is really sweet and helped me with diapers. All in all the staff was amazing. I am going to be a new mom and need as much help/info/tips as I can get. What really impressed me was they offered me a bottle of water. Definitely going to come back, and definitely recommend this place!

My husband and I found out two months ago we were expecting. One day after breakfast we decided to go to Babies"R"Us and check things out. Definitely by far the nicest Babies"R"Us Ive ever been to! Clean, organized, and lots of strollers and car seats! Im pretty serious when I say they have TONS of options to choose from! And they have brands you wouldnt expect to see in a Babies"R"Us (Stokke, Quinny, Clek, etc)! Super cool! The guy Andrew working that side of the store was really helpful. Gave us lots of much needed info and advice on strollers and car seats! Everyone else was pretty friendly and helpful as well. We met Brittany in the furniture area and she was really helpful as well in showing us all the nursery furniture. Again, LOTS of options! Great store and great experience! Im definitely going to be registering here soon!

With my busy life being a mother I never really have time to write reviews. But after visiting this store for the 10th time I just had to start to write one! Every time I come here I always receive the best quality treatment. Even when I am just running in for 5 minutes in the morning looking a mess to pick up some formula for my baby and a couple of pacifiers. And they pretty much have good deals which is something that everyone loves. I was here 6 months ago and a girl Heather that works here is phenomenal. Helped me pick a out a good jogging stoller/travel system combo and even taught me and my husband some cool tips and tricks. I definitely recommend this store over any other store, and I definitely will continue to be back!

AMAZING customer service! I had a question about a car seat and the girl who I had helped my husband and I was very helpful. I cant rave enough about Babies"R"Us. I came in here recently, and like another reviewer stated great line-up and selection of strollers/travel systems, and car seats. Very well organized. My husband ended up buying me the Chicco Cortina travel system, which I had my heart on getting! All of my friends who have children swear on Chiccos products and I can clearly see why. Going to be great for me and my soon to be arriving baby. I definitely recommend that to anyone in the market for a travel system. I definitely recommend this place, and we will definitely be back!

Visited today and I had quite a pleasant experience. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very nice display and variety of car seats, travel systems, and strollers. I liked that they brought my travel system up to the front for me so I didnt have to take up so much room in my cart, so I could shop around some more. Very good deals! Buy one, get one half off for Pampers wipes. I got stocked up! Also, check out the mamaroos. Pretty cool! Great place to shop for your child (or soon to be child such as my case).

Went in to do some quick shopping and was greeted as soon as I stepped in the door. I didnt need much assistance but, EVERYONE was friendly and approachable. The store was also very clean and organized, which made shopping that much easier. It was a week day so, checking out was very quick, which I really appreciated! Ill be back!

Wife and I love coming here. We had our baby 1 month ago so we were here about 5 weeks ago doing our registry completion and were helped by a very eager staff throughout our entire visit. Special shoutout to Andrew, Erick, and Brittany for helping us out! My wife and I greatly appreciate it.

Was unhappy that inquiring about an item that apparently went off sale on a Monday was met with a shrug and indifference from the staff. They did not offer any assistance about comparable items or guidance on what else we could do. Disappointing customer service.

Huge selection and clean. Unfortunately when we walked in there was an immediate smell of sewer, not like dirty diaper, but actual sewage. It was faint and only right in the entrance fortunately.

Good selection of products for infants/toddlers. Staff were nice but not knowledgeable at all. It made it difficult to shop and took much longer than if Id received some productive assistance.

Anything and everything you need for a baby/toddler. A little expensive, but it is a one stop shop. Great for gifts too.
