Employee stated this store does not have loaner tools. I find it hard to believe. Is it attributed to employees laziness? Also, store managers phone number listed on door is suspended and district manager does not answer phone calls. Something worth contacting HQ about. Do not shop here. There are 2 better auto parts stores less than mile away. Thanks.

If you want to wait 20 minuites for a shelf part. Great!!!!!! Not to mention 1 cashier then 5 other employees in eye sight. Sad.
