I had one of the worst customer service experiences in my life at this place! My mechanic is in the same Plazza, so I have been shopping at this Advanced Auto Parts for at least 10 years regularly. Three years ago I bought a battery from them, which came with 5 year warranty. The battery died in 3.5 years, I went to the store and they said they have to test it. After testing they acknowledged that the battery needs to be replaced. The manager told me to have the battery removed, and bring it to the store for replacement. I had my mechanic uninstall the battery, and after I brought it to the store I was told that they had made a mistake and they can only offer my $20 discount for a new battery. I was surprised and mad, told them to put my old battery back on, they said they cannot do it! The store manager did not even honor his own words for 15 minutes. I called the corporate and complained, and will never shop at Advanced Autoparts again. Their warranty is a joke, and their customer service is the worst.

I just called a they suck at everthing I asked for. First I asked for a hinge for for my door then I proceded to tell them year,make of my truck and she tells me that dont have that. Then I was told to Bing the old one in so they can navy it on the floor. how the hell am I going to bring a hinge pin in the door on the truck!!!!! I have purchased that crap for my outher truck at the same place.

Very satisfied, staff members very friendly, always can count with the bilingual team, And one of the staff his name Emerson he know everything and every time I come to the store I love to deal with him cause he have very good customer service and he know how to do the job right

They usually have what I want but tonight they closed several minutes before they were supposed to forcing me to drive in the rain with a blown headlight. I know closing five minutes early isnt huge but come on you couldnt let me in for the 1 thing that I knew I needed? Strike one
