Worst ever! Called them to see if they had brakes & rotors for my car, the man on the phone advised they did not but the Laurel location had my brakes and he could order the rotors and have them in today! He said they dont usually order parts without payment first, but he could and it would be in today! GREAT, 15 minute phone conversation later Im told the part would be there in 2 hours from the time I called! I get there well after the part is supposed to be there for them to tell me "oh, well that was never ordered, we USUALLY get payment before the order is placed".. so WHY did the guy take all my info, keep me on the phone for 15mins, tell me where i could get my brake pads and tell me it would be in at a specific time and never even put an order in??? They got my name & phone number WHY didnt they contact me to tell me nevermind they couldnt place the order without payment first, I couldve payed over the phone! Its too bad I directly supervise over a hundred delivery drivers that often need a reliable parts store, they wont be advised to go here. In fact I plan on sharing my story of the incompetent employees and horrible service this location offers!

Called this location to ask if they had a specific part for my car. The salesman on the phone said yes. I said, "Oh, great! The other stores I talked to said theyd have to order it," and he replied, "Well we have it in stock." So, I drive to the store, wait in a slow moving line, get to the counter and ask for that same part. The saleswoman behind the counter says, "We dont stock that brand. You have to order it." The whole point of calling on the phone was to avoid this situation. They need to make sure their employees actually know how to operate their inventory system.

TWO HOURS TO CHANGE A CAR BATTERY! I have visited several AAP locations. They are usually not that quick. But this one was ridiculous. Stay away from this AAP store. I visited this AAP location in November 2010. The manager and his technician were irresponsive and didnt pay attention to my job for 2 hours. It was only after several of my reminders that the manager send his technician to replace the battery. It only took 5 minutes to install the new battery. The manager was very rude and didnt even bother to apologize for making me wait so long.

I just left this store and I didnt receive any type of help. The guy was "too busy" to help me choose the right bulb for my car. He decided to continue to talk on the phone instead. I took him a few of the bulbs off the shelf to see which one I need. He gave me the one for my car and hurriedly rung me up. I left to go get it replaced only to find out it was the wrong one. Im highly disappointed in this store. They will not get my service again.

Every time I go in this store there are employees doing other things and NOT helping customers. Even if you buy one item your wait is 15-20 minutes to check out. Then I called and the employee that was helping me on the phone kept having side conversations with other employees while trying to help me. Unprofessional.

I went to this store few minutes ago to purchase a tire cover for my car When I ask for help a worker named Juan treated me in a disrespectful manner and he was very rude! I never had this experience in other stores This is a bad customer service! I will Never go to this store again! I dont recommend it as well!

I dont know how this place still in business their people are clueless about cars dont waste your time calling this place they dont even know what they have , and they are to busy with their personal life to help anyone when you call they will hang up on you the worse service I ever encounter!

called this morning to ask if they carry batteries for key fobs....the Hispanic gentleman that answered the phone apparently did not understand English but ask me to hold, i am now hanging up after holding for 20 minutes and will never deal with this store. Fleet Mgr.

Very courteous, gave me good advise. I wanted to buy ignition coils, didnt know how to check a damaged coil. Saved dollars and time as well. Guy name Steven helped me. Always had good experience with the store.
