Yesterday I purchased a battery around 5pm. The lines were extremely long which was understandable. But once I purchased my battery, I expected service right away with them continually installing it. I had to wait for them to help everyone behind me in line. Mind you customers are coming in left and right. Then they brought out a used battery that did not work and had to replace that one. The manager would not let the other cashier off to install my battery, so total time was one hour and a half. They need more help during the peak hours and the manager is always huffy. Thanks.

Absolutely rude employees. I had a few simple questions about a suv battery that I wanted charged, but all this tall, brownskinned sarcastic employee naned "thomas" behind the counter kept saying was "come back in an hour". I came back to retrieve my battery, and it was NEVER charged in the first place!!!!!! He deserves to be fired with no eligibility for rehire. And I NEVER complain! !!!!!!

The manager just looks at us as were in line, only one cashier(Christopher. W) and he was high on weed tryna joke with everyone, so I asked him was he high and then he starts interrogatin me.NEVER AGAIN
