First of all, all of the older employees like "Ode", whos moved over to Greenbelt is missed very much. This man got your parts right the very 1st time and every time when ever you or anyone else needed any parts for any vehicles. "Dee", also is great there and very helpful we every hes there with great customer service like "Ode" and you cant leave out "Ms. Little Bits" or "Shortie slim" with the glasses and "Jeorge", is a great person as well to ask for any parts for your vehicle. The newer staff thats been hired lacks the knowledge of parts, keeps you on hold for a long time on the phone and always complaining in front of the customers about the others employees not showing up for work and not wanting to work there. So Im going to drive to Greenbelt Auto Zone where "Ode, works for all of my auto parts needs. Really, I see this location might be going out of business soon due too the lack of service there.

This autozone location used to be good, idk if the last set of workers quit or what, but Idk what happened, they now stocks the Lousiest and unprofessional set of people. If there were other shop(s), I would go there, Idk why autozone like to employ the ghetto-est illiterates, dont even have customer service skills, they pick up phone and speak/sound like crack addicts, then put you on hold forever and never come back to the phone, or just hang up in your ear. If they dont know what Youre calling for they just hang up on You. Their Manager dont even care, Your time is wasted, Youll see customers standing in line and the workers just walking around, dont even try to get people in and out quick. Terrible Terrible.

I didnt like it at all. Even tho its closer I rather go somewhere else. The security officer who was on duty asked her a simple question. What was the company she works for and she asks me, Why? She was so disrespectful. I went to the manager and he didnt even know what company they hired to do security which is just as bad they should know whom they hired. She threaten to call the police on me and even threaten to pull her gun out on me. This is no way to treat anyone. Im sorry to say but the truth is young black people can be very hard to deal with and Im being nice when I say it. Be careful how you treat people, you never know who you may be talking to. 8/25/2015

I didnt like it at all. I walked into the store and seen 5 to 6 workers. I was greeted by noone. Im standing the parts line now he calles me to the front asks me what can he do for me and then proceeds to go help another customer that got here after me. Like wtf

This location had a pulley I needed to spec. Fortunate for us, we broke down close to the only store with one in stock. The attendant had the awareness to remind me to purchase a new belt. The one I had was damaged when the pulley broke. I forgot to check
