They (Bobby) helped me with a very hard to find part. None of the other yards I called were willing to sell me a spoiler separate from the trunk lid and I needed it shipped. Worked it out with Bobby to pay for the lid and just buy the spoiler, which is exactly what my customer needed. I wish all yards were this intelligent, to take the time to listen to the customer and realize they are willing to pay for the right parts if the salvage yard is savvy enough to engage (and not just hang up when they realize youre not a local). Bobby provided pictures as well, which is huge for peace of mind. Fast shipping to boot and packed securely. Give this man a raise. Cant say enough good things about Beltway Used Auto Parts.

I have never come across another used auto parts vendor like these guys. It could have been their weekend was just getting starting.... but they really saved my butt on so many levels. The employees all seemed to enjoy their work, in turn enjoyed finding a way to get me what I needed. As if it gave them satisfaction helping a customer. You dont see that often in these types of stores. Ill be going to them first, for any random car parts in the future! Plus they seem to have an organized inventory and willing offer other stores to get what you need. Thank you Beltway Used Auto Parts!!

"Great spot" I called in advance for part needed and they assured me it would be available within a hour, I arrived to get great costomer service, my part as promised and all for a great price. I actually installed the part on my own....... Within one week the part failed, I admit I was upset but I called back and the guy Ivan told me to "just bring it back" I went back they replaced my part with no problem....... I been dealing with this place since then......if you live in DC or somewhere close stop past....

Great parts, great customer service! Mr. Bobby always gets me what I need and for the right price! He even go above and beyond and search other vendors for me if he doesnt have the part available! Ive even ordered stuff and canceled at the last minute and he takes care of it with out a question of a doubt! Call this man for what ever you need! P.S., Tim is awesome too! :-)

I ordered the wrong part mistakenly. And was told to get correct part,cannot return part.Only store credit. That I must pay again for the right part. I dont think this is fair. By the way guys, I already have a credit with them but forgot to use it. Get me once shame on you.Get me twice shame on me.

Great service! Needed a tire because my tire went flat. Salesman Bobby met me at a near bank and helped put spare on. Followed him back to beltway and Chase the tire man did a great job at plugging my tire. Very nice people and great customer service!!
